The main objective of the project is to increase key competences: computer, mathematical, natural and natural 472 pupils (including 240 girls) from 7 primary schools (SP) and 148 pupils (including 72 girls) from 2 secondary schools of Gdów municipality in Małopolska voivodship and raising competences 26 (including 19K) teachers of primary schools and 20 (including 16K) teachers of the above-mentioned gymnasiums in the field of key competence education in pupils using innovative and active teaching methods, from VII to VII. 2019. The objective will be achieved by: — Establishment of compensatory programmes for 220 pupils/students from 7 SP (including 10 under-sectors) and 48 pupils from 2 secondary schools (including 10 persons with special needs of Gda) aimed at equalising the educational opportunities of pupils/participants with lower educational outcomes (including persons with special educational needs) and reducing educational disparities. — Execution of classes developing skills for 252 students/students from 7 SP and 100 students/students from 2 secondary schools.Gdy municipality aimed at developing the interests of pupils/students. — Execution of trainings for 26 teachers/teachers from 7 SP and 20 teachers(s) from 2 secondary schools, in the field of education of key competences in pupils/participants using innovative and active teaching methods. Celem głównym projektu jest podniesienie kompetencji kluczowych: informatycznych, matematycznych, przyrodniczych 472 uczniów (w tym 240 dziewcząt) z 7 szkół podstawowych (SP) oraz 148 uczniów (w tym 72 dziewcząt) z 2 szkół gimnazjalnych gminy Gdów w województwie małopolskim oraz podniesienie kompetencji 26 (w tym 19K) nauczycieli ww. szkół podstawowych oraz 20 (w tym 16K) nauczycieli ww. gimnazjów w zakresie kształcenia kompetencji kluczowych u uczniów z wykorzystaniem innowacyjnych oraz aktywnych metod nauczania., w okresie od VII.2017 do VI. 2019. Cel zostanie osiągnięty przez: - Zrealizowanie programów wyrównawczych dla 220 uczniów/uczennic z 7 SP (w tym 10 os. niepełnospr.) oraz 48 uczniów z 2 szkół gimnazj (w tym 10 os. niepełnospr.) gminy Gdów ukierunkowanych na wyrównywanie szans edukacyjnych uczniów/uczennic osiągających gorsze wyniki w nauce (w tym osób z specjalnymi potrzebami eduk.-SPE) i zmniejszanie dysproporcji w ich osiągnięciach edukacyjnych. - Zrealizowanie zajęć rozwijających umiejętności dla 252 uczniów/uczennic z 7 SP oraz 100 uczniów/uczennic z 2 szkół gimnazj. gminy Gdów ukierunkowanych na rozwijanie zainteresowań uczniów/uczennic. - Zrealizowanie szkoleń dla 26 nauczycieli/nauczycielek z 7 SP oraz 20 nauczycieli(ek) z 2 szkół gimnazjalnych, w zakresie kształcenia kompetencji kluczowych u uczniów/uczennic z wykorzystaniem innowacyjnych oraz aktywnych metod nauczania.
