The project “Łomża – Śniadowo – reconstruction of the Voivodeship Road No. 677” includes the construction of a road with engineering facilities and the necessary technical infrastructure for a section of 4.64 km. The task is located in the city of Łomża and in Łomża County. The planned investment includes a change of course of the road, consisting of the completion of the bypass of Konarzyce. This village adjacent to Łomża is a long area of compact buildings, which from the point of view of drivers significantly slows down driving on a section of approx. It’s 4 miles. For its residents, intensive traffic is very burdensome – it is a source of noise, air pollution and serious safety risks. The project provides for the execution of all necessary elements for the smooth, safe and more comfortable movement of all traffic participants, the execution of an appropriate drainage system and reconstruction of the conflicting weapons network investment. The scope of the basic investment works includes: • execution after a new track of the road with a width of 7.0 m; construction of road surface designed to carry traffic load KR 5, • construction of culverts under the voivodeship road, culverts under exits, on foot-to-bike and service roads, • construction of new and reconstruction of existing exits with bituminous pavement and from concrete cube, • construction of existing service roads with bituminous pavement, • construction of a walking-bike line on the left side of the planned route (on sections of the road), where there is no provision for construction of service roads with bitumen (SW str. 43-51) (English) | |||||||||||||||

Projekt „Łomża – Śniadowo – przebudowa drogi wojewódzkiej Nr 677” obejmuje budowę drogi wraz z obiektami inżynierskimi i niezbędną infrastrukturą techniczną na odcinku 4,64 km. Zadanie zlokalizowane jest na terenie miasta Łomża oraz w powiecie łomżyńskim w gminie Łomża. Planowana inwestycja obejmuje zmianę przebiegu drogi, polegającą na wykonaniu obejścia miejscowości Konarzyce. Ta przyległa do Łomży wieś stanowi długi obszar zwartej zabudowy, który z punktu widzenia kierowców istotnie spowalnia jazdę na odcinku ok. 4 km. Z kolei dla jej mieszkańców intensywny ruch samochodowy jest mocno uciążliwy – jest źródłem hałasu, zanieczyszczeń powietrza oraz wiążą się z nim poważne zagrożenia bezpieczeństwa. Projekt przewiduje wykonanie wszystkich niezbędnych elementów służących sprawnemu, bezpiecznemu i bardziej komfortowemu poruszaniu się wszystkich uczestników ruchu, wykonanie odpowiedniego systemu odwodnienia oraz przebudowę kolidujących z inwestycją sieci uzbrojenia. Zakres podstawowych robót w ramach inwestycji obejmuje: • wykonanie po nowym śladzie jezdni o szerokości 7,0 m; konstrukcja nawierzchni przystosowana do przenoszenia obciążenia ruchem KR 5, • budowę przepustów pod drogą wojewódzką, przepustów pod zjazdami, ciągiem pieszo-rowerowym i drogami serwisowymi, • budowę nowych i przebudowę istniejących zjazdów o nawierzchni bitumicznej oraz z kostki betonowej, • budowę dróg serwisowych o nawierzchni bitumicznej, • budowę ciągu pieszo-rowerowego po lewej stronie projektowanej trasy (na odcinkach gdzie nie przewidziano drogi serwisowej), • budowę chodników wzdłuż części trasy, • przebudowę istniejącej zatoki autobusowej...
