Successively – since 2010 – Prudnik Municipality develops the necessary technical infrastructure (water supply system, sanitary sewage system, rainwater sewage system, builds roads with lighting) in areas located within the street. It creates the necessary conditions for the investment of other economic operators. Thanks to the completed projects, an area of 13 hectares has been armed, which is fully occupied by two companies carrying out production activities. At present, Prudnik Municipality has a deficit of green-field areas, which, once equipped with the necessary infrastructure, could be offered to other investors interested in doing business in Prudnik. The subject of this project will be the construction of: sewage system with a length of 526.85 mb, sanitary connections with a length of 13.5 mb, 11 units of sanitary well, one well of connections, 529.10 m long water supply network and 14.0 m long water connections. This project, through the planned material scope for the implementation of the necessary infrastructure, assumes, in the end, the preparation of a new investment area with an area of 0.81 ha on which at least one economic operator will be able to carry out economic activity.     Specyficzne położenie Gminy Prudnik (sąsiadowanie od południa z obszarem chronionym – Parkiem Krajobrazowym „Góry Opawskie”) oraz jej struktura przestrzenna powodują, iż obszarami na którym prowadzona i rozwijana może być działalność gospodarcza są praktycznie tereny zlokalizowane w północnej części miasta. Tereny te zlokalizowane (przy ul. Przemysłowej) są jednocześnie terenami bardzo dobrze skomunikowanymi z siecią dróg krajowych (włączenie w/w ulicy do dróg krajowych nr 40 i 41 następuje przez kilkumetrowy odcinek ul. Prężyńskiej). Sukcesywnie – od roku 2010 – Gmina Prudnik rozwija niezbędną infrastrukturę techniczną (system wodociągowy, kanalizację sanitarną, deszczową, buduje drogi wraz z oświetleniem) na obszarach zlokalizowanych w obrębie ul. Przemysłowej stwarzając niezbędne warunki do lokowania działalności gospodarczej kolejnym podmiotom gospodarczym. Dzięki zrealizowanym przedsięwzięciom uzbrojony został obszar o powierzchni 13 ha, który jest w pełni zajęty przez dwie firmy prowadzące działalność produkcyjną. W chwili obecnej Gmina Prudnik posiada deficyt obszarów typu green-field, które po uzbrojeniu w niezbędną infrastrukturę mogłyby być zaoferowane kolejnym inwestorom zainteresowanym prowadzeniem działalności gospodarczej w Prudniku. Przedmiotem niniejszego projektu będzie budowa: sieci kanalizacji sanitarnej o długości 526,85 mb, przyłączy sanitarnych o długości 13,5 mb, 11 szt. studni kanalizacji sanitarnej, jednej studzienki przyłączy, sieci wodociągowej o długości 529,10 mb oraz przyłączy wodociągowych o długości 14,0 mb. Niniejszy projekt poprzez zaplanowany do realizacji powyższy zakres rzeczowy obejmujący wykonanie niezbędnej infrastruktury zakłada w końcowym efekcie przygotowanie nowego terenu inwestycyjnego o powierzchni 0,81 ha na którym działalność gospodarczą prowadzić będzie mógł co najmniej jeden podmiot gospodarczy.
