Individual heat meters, hot water meters will be used in both buildings. The project was divided into 2 main tasks separated by the name of two buildings, in which the thermo-modernisation process will take place. The implementation of the project will contribute to the elimination of low emissions, which is very important in the municipalities of Małopolska. On the basis of the methodology for the preparation of energy audits for buildings subject to deep energy modernisation under the Regional Operational Programme of the Małopolska Voivodship for the years 2014-2020 and the calculation of the ecological effect, basic indicators for reducing CO2 emissions, reduction of final and primary energy requirements for buildings and reduction of PM10 and PM2.5 emissions were calculated. CO2 emissions will be reduced by 84.85 %, PM10 and PM2.5 by 88.52 % and 95.23 % respectively. The annual final energy demand for modernised buildings will be reduced by 39.17 %. Przedmiot projektu/inwestycji: Przedmiotem projektu jest termomodernizacja 2 jednostek oświatowych, zlokalizowanych w 2 budynkach. - SP i Gimnazjum Jana Pawła II w Ochotnicy Dolnej- montaż kotła na pellet o mocy 200kw wraz z robotami budowlanymi w pomieszczeniu kotłowni, montaż 2695 m izolowanych rurociągów zasilających, montaż 113 sztuk grzejników wraz z głowicami termostatycznymi i zaworami powrotnymi, docieplenie stropu nad poddaszem, częściowa wymiana stolarki okiennej 18 sztuk i drzwiowej 2,58 m2. - SP im. Ks. Twardowskiego w Tylmanowej - montaż kotła na pellet o mocy 150kw wraz z robotami budowlanymi w pomieszczeniu kotłowni , montaż 49 głowic termostatycznych i 40 zaworów powrotnych, docieplenie stropu , częściowa wymiana stolarki okiennej 1,83 m2 i drzwiowej 2,27 m2. Emisja CO2 zostanie zredukowana o 84,85%, pyłów PM10 i PM2,5 o odpowiednio 88,52% i 95,23%.
