The project of the Centre for Business Activation (CAB) aims to increase the motivation of residents of the oldest, historical but also the poorest part of Przasnysz, by creating local and environmental conditions for professional activation and raising the material status of long-term people who remain in social care. The District Starostwo Przasnysz has a property at this central point of the city and at the same time a problem area, which will be partially dedicated to CAB activities. It will be a separate part of the Starostwo building, which was previously occupied by the Municipal Office in Przasnysz. After the construction of a new headquarters for the UM, the mayor and local officials moved to another address, leaving the unused and ruined part of the building together with the surroundings of the administration. This part of the facility is not needed for the performance of administrative tasks, so it can be used after repair and partial extension, on CAB. The revitalisation of this part of the city will be a continuation and complement to the earlier revitalisation of the historic Przasnysza market – housing estate No. 2, whose fragment is the area covered by this project. This area accounts for 3.14 % of the entire revitalised housing estate, the old town, owned by the local government of Przasnysz, the commune of Przasnysz, the Przasnysz County. The activation of the inhabitants of old Przasnysz, by instilling in them professional activity, qualifications to run their own small businesses, and for employment – has a chance to have a good effect, due to the location of the facility in the central part of the city, where it is easier to use private tenement houses to start up companies, as well as the neighbourhood created in recent years by the Stardom of the economy of the area. 306 hectares.     Przedsięwzięcie Centrum Aktywizacji Biznesu (CAB) ma na celu podniesienie motywacji mieszkańców najstarszej, zabytkowej, ale też najbiedniejszej części Przasnysza, poprzez stworzenie warunków lokalowych i środowiskowych do aktywizacji zawodowej i podnoszenia statusu materialnego osób długotrwale pozostających na utrzymaniu opieki społecznej. Starostwo Powiatowe w Przasnyszu ma w tym centralnym punkcie miasta i zarazem obszaru problemowego nieruchomość, która częściowo będzie przeznaczona na działalność CAB. Będzie to wydzielona część budynku Starostwa, która wcześniej była zajmowana przez Urząd Miejski w Przasnyszu. Po wybudowaniu nowej siedziby dla UM, burmistrz i urzędnicy miejscy przenieśli się po inny adres, pozostawiając niewykorzystaną i zrujnowaną część budynku wraz z otoczeniem w zarządzie starostwa. Ta część obiektu nie jest starostwu potrzebna do wykonywania zadań administracyjnych, dlatego może być przeznaczona po remoncie i częściowej rozbudowie, na CAB. Rewitalizacja tego fragmentu miasta będzie kontynuacją i uzupełnieniem wykonanej wcześniej rewitalizacji zabytkowego rynku Przasnysza- osiedla Nr 2, którego fragmentem jest obszar objęty niniejszym projektem. Obszar ten stanowi 3,14% całego rewitalizowanego osiedla, starego miasta, którego właścicielami są samorząd Miasta Przasnysz, Gminy Przasnysz, Powiatu Przasnyskiego. Aktywizacja mieszkańców starego Przasnysza, poprzez zaszczepienie w nich aktywności zawodowej, kwalifikacji do prowadzenia własnych małych firm, oraz do zatrudnienia- ma szansę odnieść dobry skutek, ze względu na położenie obiektu w centralnej części miasta, gdzie łatwiej można wykorzystać prywatne kamienice do uruchomienia firm, jak też ze względu na sąsiedztwo utworzonej w ostatnich latach przez przasnyskie starostwo strefy ekonomicznej o pow. 306ha.
