The aim of the project “Provision for Development 2” is to increase the competitiveness of at least 50 % of the 540 supported SMEs from the Łódź Voivodeship, by improving the skills/competence of at least 50 % of their 2700 employees covered by development services under the PSF (elect. voucher system), by the end of 2019. The project is addressed to 540 SMEs with an organizational unit in the Łódź Voivodeship and their 2700 employees, residing or employed in the Łódź Voivodeship, within the meaning of the Civil Code. 810 participants will consist of people over the age of 50 and 1080 people with low qualifications. Funding levels: 80 % – micro and small companies, 50 %: medium-sized Companies Preferences (80 % of funding) for: — employees 50+ or low-skilled, – SMEs from strategic industries (LORIS 2030), – SMEs from the sectors of rapid growth, – services leading to qualification in accordance with the Act on ZSK. Priority of the examination of applications: SMEs benefiting from POWER 2.2. Actions: — adaptation of the electric distribution system (VI'18) – promotion and education activities (VII'18 – XII'19) – implementation of advisory actions for SMEs(VII'18-XII'19) – support based on the electric distribution system (VII'18 – XII'19) – implementation of control actions (VII'18 – XII'19) Main results of the project: — achievement of development objectives by at least 50 % of SMEs covered by the support – acquisition of qualifications/competences by min.50 % of beneficiaries – adaptation of the electric distribution system – development and implementation of development plans/restructuring by at least 70 % of SMEs undergoing restructuring processes supported.     Celem projektu „Przepis na Rozwój 2” jest zwiększenie konkurencyjności min. 50% z 540 objętych wsparciem MŚP z terenu woj. łódzkiego, poprzez podniesienie kwalifikacji/kompetencji min. 50% z 2700 ich pracowników objętych usługami rozwojowymi w ramach PSF(elektr.system bonów), do końca 2019 roku. Projekt skierowany jest do 540 MŚP posiadających jednostkę organizacyjną na terenie woj. łódzkiego oraz ich 2700 pracowników, zamieszkałych bądź zatrudnionych na terenie woj.łódzkiego, w rozumieniu Kodeksu Cywilnego. 810 uczestników będą stanowić osoby po 50 roku życia oraz 1080 osoby z niskimi kwalifikacjami. Poziomy dofinansowania: 80% - mikro- i małe firmy, 50%: średnie firmy Zakłada się preferencje (80% dofinansowania) dla: - pracownicy 50+ lub z niskimi kwalifikacjami, - MŚP z branż strategicznych (LORIS 2030), - MŚP z branż szybkiego wzrostu, - usługi prowadzące do uzyskania kwalifikacji zgodnie z ustawą o ZSK. Pierwszeństwo rozpatrywania wniosków: MŚP, które skorzystały z POWER 2.2. Działania: - adaptacja systemu elektr.dystrybucji bonów (VI’18) - działania promocyjno-edukacyjne (VII’18 – XII’19) - realizacja działań doradczych na rzecz MŚP(VII’18-XII’19) - udzielanie wsparcia w oparciu o system elektr.dystrybucji bonów (VII’18 – XII’19) - realizacja działań kontrolnych (VII’18 – XII’19) Główne rezultaty projektu: - zrealizowanie celów rozwojowych przez min. 50% MŚP objętych wsparciem - nabycie kwalifikacji/kompetencji przez min.50% osób objętych wsparciem - adaptacja systemu elektr.dystrybucji bonów - opracowanie i wdrożenie planów rozwojowych/restrukturyzacji przez min. 70% MŚP przechodzących procesy restrukturyzacyjne objęte wsparciem.
