In order to meet national and European requirements, Warlubie has planned an investment in waste water management, which is the subject of this proposal. The project will be implemented in the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship in the Warlubie agglomeration. The project includes the construction of sanitary sewerage including infrastructure and home pumping stations and electrical installations in Płochocin. The investment was divided into two stages, which will be implemented in 2019. It will also influence the adaptation of waste water management solutions to the requirements of the current legislation. The investment will increase the level of scanning of the Warlubie agglomerations. It is assumed that the maximum permissible indicators of pollutants in purified sewage effluents leaving the sewage treatment plant after the implementation of the project will comply with the requirements of the Water Law and the SME Regulation of 18 November 2014 on the conditions to be fulfilled when putting waste water into or into the ground, and on substances that are particularly harmful to the aquatic environment (Dz. U. No. 137 pos. 984. The main objective of the project is to: Increase the population using a waste water treatment system in accordance with the Urban Waste Water Directive by building a sewerage network in the Warluba agglomeration in Płochocin. The implementation of the project will contribute to the elimination of problems associated with the earlier state of sewage infrastructure in the Warlubie agglomeration. In view of the location of the project, its implementation will enable environmental benefits in the form of reducing pollutants discharged into the environment, as well as improving the quality of surface and groundwater and soil. W celu spełnienia wymagań krajowych i europejskich Gmina Warlubie zaplanowała inwestycję w zakresie gospodarki ściekowej, będącą przedmiotem niniejszego wniosku.
