The aim of the project “Development of the Biała Giraffe kindergarten as an opportunity to ensure high quality preschool education” is to increase access to high quality preschool education in Lubin town and rural commune during the 13 months of the project. The objective will be achieved by creating and maintaining 7 new preschool places in the Non-public Preschool White Giraffe in Lubin, including 3 seats for children with disabilities, 1650 group hours and individual additional activities for a total of 25 kindergarten pupils, including 3 students with disabilities, and taking measures to improve the competences of 4 people from pre-school staff. The implementation of the project is a response to the confirmed results of the diagnosis of the need to disseminate and ensure high quality preschool education in the town and the rural community of Lubin. As a result of the project, access to pre-school education in Lubin will increase, including access for children with disabilities, the participation of children of preschool age in educational activities strengthening key competences, and the competences covered by the support of kindergarten staff will increase. The applicant shall ensure that the results of the project are sustainable for a period of at least 2 years after its completion. The project will be implemented between 01.12.2016 and 31.12.2017. The budget of the project is PLN 446 500.00. The projector is the Civis Europae Association, which has been hosting the White Giraffe Non-Public Preschool in Lubin and has been working for the local community since 1999. Celem projektu „Rozwój przedszkola Biała Żyrafa jako możliwość zapewnienia wysokiej jakości edukacji przedszkolnej” jest zwiększenie dostępu do wysokiej jakości edukacjiprzedszkolnej na terenie miasta i gminy wiejskiej Lubin w okresie 13 miesięcy trwania projektu. Cel zostanie osiągnięty poprzez utworzenie i utrzymanie 7 nowych miejscprzedszkolnych w Przedszkolu Niepublicznym Biała Żyrafa w Lubinie, w tym 3 miejsc dla dzieci z niepełnosprawnością, realizację 1650godzin grupowych i indywidualnychzajęć dodatkowych dla łącznie 25 uczniów przedszkola, w tym 3 uczniów z niepełnosprawnością oraz podjęcie działań udoskonalających kompetencje 4 osób z kadryprzedszkola. Realizacja projektu jest odpowiedzią na potwierdzoną wynikami przeprowadzonej diagnozy potrzebę upowszechnienia i zapewnienia wysokiej jakości edukacjiprzedszkolnej na terenie miasta i gminy wiejskiej Lubin. W wyniku realizacji projektu zwiększy się dostęp do edukacji przedszkolnej w Lubinie, w tym także dostęp dla dzieci zniepełnosprawnościami, wzrośnie udział dzieci w wieku przedszkolnym w zajęciach edukacyjnych wzmacniających kompetencje kluczowe, a także zwiększą się kompetencjeobjętej wsparciem kadry przedszkola. Wnioskodawca zapewnia trwałość rezultatów projektu przez okres co najmniej 2 lat po jego zakończeniu. Projekt realizowany będzie wokresie od 01.12.2016r.do 31.12.2017r. Budżet projektu wynosi 446 500,00 zł.
