Celem głównym projektu jest wzrost aktywności zawodowej oraz pogodzenie życia zawodowego i prywatnego 60 os.(50K,10M) pełniących funkcje opiekuńcze nad dziećmi do lat 3 poprzez stworzenie 60 nowych miejsc w Żłobku w Gminie Kostomłoty od 01.X.2019 do 31.I.2020 r. oraz zapewnienie ich bieżącego funkcjonowania w okresie od 1.II.2020 do 31.I.2022 na terenie Gminy Kostomłoty (woj. dolnośląskie).Grupę docelową stanowi 60 osób (50K;10M) mieszkańców Gminy Kostomłoty.Wnioskodawca planuje wyposażyć nowo wybudowany żłobek (budowa przy wsparciu z programu MALUCH+), wybudować Plac Zabaw oraz zapewnić bieżące funkcjonowanie instytucji przez okres 24 m-cy, co pozwoli mieszkańcom Gminy, którzy są opiekunami/rodzicami dzieci w wieku do lat 3 na godzenie życia zawodowego i prywatnego.Dzięki realizacji projektu osoby bierne zawodowo będą mogły powrócić na rynek pracy, a osoby prcujące będą mogły utrzymać zatrudnienie.
