The project concerns the preparation, implementation and evaluation of the 5-year master’s programme, with particular emphasis on practical activities, carried out with the participation of Mentors from primary schools and kindergartens, increased number of pedagogical practices, implementation of classes in the form of tutoring and familiarisation with STUD and implementation into the educational practice of modern educational methods and techniques which constitute good international practice: design thinking, storytelling, CBL, learning by developing i collaborative learning. As part of the project, a diploma application work will be created, providing added value for institutions cooperating with the University. An innovative element of the programme is academic tutoring, which has been implementing since 2015 the EWC in Chełm as a method, fulfilling a special role in the development process of young, seeking a man who has chosen the profession of teacher as his professional path. It allows for improvement of its internal areas of activity, self-knowledge and affirmation. This teaching method of personalised education is designed to develop the potential of STUD and its self-motivating. Taking as the basis of talent and interest, it helps to find STUD. its path of personal, social, educational or scientific development. Tutorials are guided by teachers from Chelm schools and academic teachers members of the Chelm Tutor Club, and it is a time to discover knowledge, plan searches, reflect, reflect, find connections between ideas and facts, search for practical applications of scientific discoveries. This task requires special competences from STUD., for whom the study programme prepared as part of the project will provide an opportunity for harmonious and holistic development. Projekt dotyczy przygotowania, realizacji i ewaluacji programu studiów 5-letnich magisterskich ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem zajęć o charakterze praktycznym, realizowanych przy współudziale Mentorów ze szkół podstawowych i przedszkoli, zwiększonej ilości praktyk pedagogicznych, wdrożeniu zajęć w formie Tutoringu oraz zapoznaniu STUD i implementacji do praktyki edukacyjnej nowoczesnych metod i technik kształcenia stanowiących dobre praktyki międzynarodowetj: design thinking, storytelling, PBL, learning by developing i collaborative learning. W ramach projektu powstaną dyplomowe prace aplikacyjne, stanowiące wartość dodaną dlaplacówek współpracujących z Uczelnią. Elementem innowacyjnym programu jestTutoring akademicki, który PWSZ w Chełmie wdraża od roku 2015 jako metodę,pełniącą szczególną rolę w procesie rozwoju młodego, poszukującego człowieka, który jako swoją drogę zawodową wybrał profesję nauczyciela. Pozwala on na doskonalenie swoich wewnętrznych obszarów aktywności, samopoznanie i afirmację. Ta metoda dydaktyczna edukacji spersonalizowanej, ma za zadanie rozwijanie potencjału STUD oraz jego samomotywacji. Przyjmując za podstawę talenty i zainteresowania, pomaga odnaleźć STUD. swoją ścieżkę rozwoju osobistego, społecznego, edukacyjnego czy naukowego.Tutoriale prowadzą nauczyciele z chełmskich szkół oraz nauczyciele akademiccy członkowie Chełmskiego Klubu Tutora, i jest to czas odkrywania wiedzy, planowania poszukiwań, snucia refleksji, odnajdywania połączeń między ideami i faktami, szukania praktycznych zastosowań naukowych odkryć.Wyzwaniem dla dzisiejszego nauczyciela jest jego warsztat metodyczny i wrażliwość pedagogiczna, które pozwolą mu odnaleźć się w dynamicznie zmieniającej się szkole oraz dostosować proces edukacyjny do indywidualnych potrzeb uczniów i rynku pracy.
