Initiative of the Polish Association of Trade Unions and the Association of Journalists of the Republic of Poland, Warsaw District, Poland. The “Participation of trade union representatives and NGOs in the lawmaking process” aims to increase the expertise related to the legislative process and lawmaking of 400 trade union representatives and NGOs over a period of 21 months. As a result of participation in the nationwide project, at least 340 participants will receive a certificate confirming the acquisition of competences related to the legislation. This will be possible thanks to participation in professional training in the A cycle (for trade unionists) and cycle B (for non-governmental organisations). Each cycle consists of 32 training hours carried out in two training sessions after 16 hours.Due to the diverse training needs of trade unionists and representatives of NGOs, separate training cycles will be carried out. In response to the diagnosed need for cooperation and participation in common forms, the project promoters will ensure the possibility of joint participation in expert panels organised in the country.Extension of access to expert knowledge will be provided by press/internet articles based on the content and course of 16 expert panels. Inicjatywa Ogólnopolskiego Porozumienia Związków Zawodowych oraz Stowarzyszenia Dziennikarzy Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej Okręg Warszawski pn. "Partycypacja przedstawicieli związków zawodowych i organizacji pozarządowych w procesie stanowienia prawa" ma na celu podniesienie kompetencji eksperckich związanych z procesem legislacji i stanowienia prawa 400 przedstawicieli związków zawodowych i organizacji pozarządowych w okresie 21 miesięcy. W wyniku udziału w ogólnopolskim projekcie min. 340 jego uczestików otrzyma certyfikat potwierdzający nabycie kompetencji związanych z legislacją. Będzie to możliwe dzięki udziałowi w profesjonalnych szkoleniach realizowanych w cyklu A (dla związkowców) oraz cyklu B (dla organizacji pozarządowych). Każdy z cykli składa się z 32 godzin szkoleniowych realizowanych w ramach dwóch zjazdów szkoleniowych po 16 godz.Z racji zróżnicowanych potrzeb szkoleniowych związkowców i przedstawicieli NGO realizowane będą oddzielne cykle szkoleń. W odpowiedzi na zdiagnozowaną potrzebę współpracy i uczestnictwa we wspólnych formach wsparcie realizatorzy projektu zapewnią możliwość wspólnego udziału w panelach eksperckich organizowanych na terenie kraju.Rozszerzeniu dostępu do wiedzy eksperckiej służyć będą artykuły prasowe/internetowe opracowane na bazie treści i przebiegu 16 paneli eksperckich.
