Recognising the importance of the growing problems related to road safety and the increasing demand for electronic and ICT systems for traffic monitoring and management, the applicant decided to carry out interdisciplinary R & D activities aimed at developing innovative (on a European scale) technology for the production of road Variable Content Marks using innovative optical systems and developing a unique ZZT system with full energy autonomy. The main scope will include the development of a new light matrix using SMD diodes in RGB colours and an innovative optical system to be used in the design of the ZZT front panel. The new optical technology combined with optimisation of components used in control devices will also allow the development of a fully functional autonomous device powered exclusively from alternative energy sources. The project will be divided into three stages: — Stage 1: Development of a model of a unique optical system – a lens dedicated to the Signs of Variable Content with full energy autonomy. — Stage 2: Development of a new version of the ZZT front plate, dedicated to mounting a unique optical system – a new lens. — Stage 3: Demonstration of the ZZT prototype with full energy autonomy using unique optical systems in close to real conditions with testing and optimisation. Article 25 of EC Regulation No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain types of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ L. I'm sorry. - Etap 2: Opracowanie nowej wersji płyty czołowej ZZT, dedykowanej do montażu unikalnego układu optycznego - nowej soczewki. - Etap 3: Demonstracja prototypu ZZT o pełnej autonomii energetycznej z wykorzystaniem unikalnych układów optycznych w warunkach zbliżonych do rzeczywistych wraz z testowaniem i optymalizacją. Art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014). (Polish)
