POWIAT KARTUSKI / POWIATOWY URZĄD PRACY W KARTUZACH

Projekt skierowany jest do 277 os. bezrob.(164Ki113M) zarejestr. w PUP z powiatu kartuskiego. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia os.pozostających bez pracy – należących do Grupy docelowej projektu (określonej w pkt.C4). Wsparcie realizow. będzie wyłącznie poprzez usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy określone w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia (…), z wyłączeniem robót publicznych, w oparciu o pogłębioną analizę umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawod. danego uczestn.projektu w postaci IPD. W proj.realizowane będą następ. działania: pośrednictwo pracy i/lub doradztwo zawod.dla każdego/ej uczestnika/czki, staże dla 109 os.(99Ki10M), szkolenia na które zostanie skierow.25 os.(3Ki22M), zatrudnienie subsyd. w ramach, których 50 os.(27Ki23M) skierowanych zostanie do pracy w ramach prac interw. Przyznane zostaną jedn. środki na rozp. działaln. gosp. dla 57 os.(23Ki34M) oraz w ramach wyposaż.lub doposaż. stan. pracy utworzone zostanie 36 stan. pracy dla 36 os.(12Ki24M). Proces rekrutacji zostanie przepr.w sposób otwarty, zgodnie z polityką równ. szans kobiet i mężczyzn. W proj. będzie więcej kobiet, aby wyrównać ich szanse na rynku pracy. Rekrut.do proj. stanowić będzie jednocześnie rekrut.na formy wsparcia. Działania podejmowane w proj.ukierunkowane będą na świadczenie wysokiej jakości usług na rzecz os. bezrob., w tym zwłaszcza na wczesną identyfikację potrzeb uczestników/czek oraz diagnozowanie możliwości ich rozwoju zawodowego. Projekt będzie zgodny z właściwymi politykami i zasadami wspólnotowymi, politykami horyzontalnymi (w tym: polityką równych szans i niedyskryminacji i koncepcją zrównoważonego rozwoju) oraz prawodawstwem wspólnotowym oraz krajowym. Projekt będzie zgodny z informacją o naborze wniosków o dofinans. w ramach RPO, zgodny z celami RPO WP 2014-2020, celami Strategii ZIT, SzOOP,jak również z ustawą o promocji zatrudnienia (…), z ustawą PZP i pomocą de minimis. The project is submitted to 277 for a 164-K113M registration. The aim of the project is to increase the job opportunities of the self-employed persons belonging to the target group of the project (as defined in paragraph.C4). Implementation support will be provided exclusively through the services and labour market measures laid down in the Act on the promotion of employment (...), excluding public works, on the basis of an in-depth analysis of skills, aptitudes and problems. The measures to be pursued will be as follows: placement of work and/or consultancy services for each participant (s), placements for 109. (99K10M), training to be attended (25.K22M). (3-K23M) shall be assigned to work as part of the work of intergroups. 57 jobs for 36 (23K34M) will be created. The recruitment process will be carried out in an open manner, in line with the equal opportunities for women and men. More women will be women to align their chances on the labour market. It will also be recruitment to the form of support. The actions to be taken in the affirmative will be aimed at providing high-quality services to the village, including, in particular, the early identification of the needs of participants/participants and the diagnosis of the possibility of their professional development. The project will be in line with the relevant Community policies and rules, horizontal policies (including: a policy of equal opportunities and non-discrimination and a concept of sustainable development) and Community and national legislation. The project will be in line with the information on the selection of applications for funding within the framework of the ROP, in accordance with the objectives of the ROP PP 2014-2020, the objectives of the ITI strategy, the SzoOP, as well as the Law on the Promotion of Employment (...), with the Law of the Public Procurement Act and the de minimis aid.
