Cílem projektu je nastavení základních procesů personálního managementu tak, aby reflektoval aktuální požadavky společnosti TRIMILL s ohledem na potřeby jejich zaměstnanců a životní situace, ve kterých se právě nacházejí. Výstupem bude zlepšení systému řízení, vybudování tréninkového centra, vytvoření komplexního programu vzdělávání, motivace a odměňování se zřetelem na prvky Age managementu. (Czech)

The aim of the project is to set out the basic process of personnel management in order to reflect TRIMIL’s current requirements in view of the needs of their employees and the environment in which they are situated. The output will be to improve the management system, build the training centre, develop a comprehensive training programme, motivation and remuneration, taking into account the elements of the Age management.
