Projekt dotyczy modernizacji przystani żeglarskiej w Dąbkach wraz z towarzyszącą infrastrukturą obiektów kubaturowych, pomostami pływającymi, promenadą i małą architekturą.. Zakres obejmuje: konstrukcję ciągu pieszego wzdłuż brzegu jeziora (promenady, częściowo palowanej w wodzie) dostępnego dla niepełnosprawnych do linii brzegowej, z zejściami dla pieszych na plażę, wejściami na promenadę z istniejącego ciągu pieszego, w przypadku stwierdzenia poprzez wykonanie ekspertyzy tech. konieczności wykonania remontu istniejącego nabrzeża w formie wykonania nowej ścianki oporowej; remont i modernizacje istniejącego podestu rekreacyjnego (mini sceny); rozbiórkę istniejącego budynku zaplecza gosp.–sanit. oraz innych elementów i obiektów budowlanych kolidujących z realizowanym zamierzeniem w tym likwidacja istniejącego masztu flagowego z budową nowego we wskazanej lokalizacji; budowa budynku zaplecza sportowo–rekreacyjnego-hangaru z warsztatem szkutniczym, z zapleczem socjalno – sanitarnym; dźwig do wodowania i wyciągania z wody większych jednostek pływających, slipu z placem manewrowym, pochylni w lekkiej konstrukcji stalowej ażurowej do wodowania i wyciągania lekkich jednostek pływających typu optymist, kajaki, łodzie; pomost cumowniczy stały, będący zakończeniem ciągu pieszego, cumowniczych pomostów pływających z trapem wejściowym w kształcie litery T, pomosty mocowane do pali za pomocą prowadnic umożliwiających swobodny przesuw przy zmianach poziomu wody, modernizacji i przebudowy istniejącej ostrogi gruntowej z dobudową obniżonego pomostu wejściowego dla mniejszych jednostek, rozbiórka istniejącego pomostu spacerowego (molo) i budowa nowego o zróżnicowanych poziomach dla obsługi podróżnych statku wycieczkowego oraz kajaków i rowerów wodnych; obiekty małej architektury. The project concerns the upgrading of the sailing marina in Dąbki with associated infrastructure of the buildings, bridges, ferries and small architects. The scope shall include the following: the construction of a pedestrian along the lake (promenade, partly burnt in water) accessible to disabled people into the coastline, from the pedestrian access to the beach, to the entrances to the pennant of the pedestrian, in the event of discovery by a technical opinion of the need to carry out the renovation of the existing quay in the form of a new retaining wall; renovation and upgrading of the existing recreational platform (mini scenes); the demolition of the existing building base building — sanit and other building elements and objects at stake, including the removal of the existing flagship mast with a new construction at the indicated location; construction of a recreation and leisure centre building with a glass workshop, with social and health facilities; lifting for and extraction from the water of larger vessels, slats with manoeuvring plate, a ramp in a light steel light construction work structure for launching and pulling light boats of the type optimistic, boat, boat; a mooring platform at the end, being the end of the pedestrian, which is the end of the pedestrian, and mooring bridges with the “T” step, fixed to the piles by means of guides that allow free movement in changes in the level of the water, the upgrading and conversion of the existing ground sharpness, and the demolition of the existing ground floor platform for the smaller units, wreck the existing walk platform (molo) and construction of a new at different levels for the service of cruise passengers and of kayaks and bicycles; street furniture.
