IT IS CLEAR THAT THE CURRENT INDUSTRIAL CHANGES REQUIRE A GLOBAL RETHINK OF PRODUCTION PROCESSES, WITH THE DIRECT INVOLVEMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES IN ALL ROLES. THE ‘MAKE UP THE FUTURE’ PROJECT AIMS TO RESPOND TO THIS SPECIFIC ISSUE THROUGH FLEXIBLE PATHWAYS, FOCUSING ON TECHNICAL ICI-TRANSVORING CONTENT USING INNOVATIVE METHODOLOGIES THAT WILL HELP OVERCOME THE GAP BETWEEN THE SKILLS DEMANDS NEEDED TO OPERATE IN TODAY’S E-BUSINESS AND THE SKILLS AVAILABLE IN THE LABOUR FORCE.
