The project “Supporting education in the municipality of Milicz” is dedicated to 8 schools of the village of Milicz. The needs of the students in the above-mentioned schools according to the conducted diagnosis require involvement in additional classes. In part, there is a need for teaching classes partly for development classes for talented students. The diagnosis approved by the host body showed low student motivation and difficulties in memorising school material, deficits in emoc.-sp. competence, and the lack of interesting alternatives to spending free time with limited educational offer in the Commune. Students often come from poor families with low education and awareness. All forms of support planned under the project are only complementary to the activities carried out by schools, arise from problems diagnosed in the context of the occurrence of the COVID-19 epidemic in Poland and aim to mitigate its negative effects. In response to the above-mentioned problems, the project includes systemic support for students. Through teaching-training classes, it provides students with equalisation of gaps and, through development classes, expands the range of knowledge of capable students. It extends the range of schools to include compensatory, outgoing or effective learning activities and developing attitudes necessary on the labour market. The project ensures the improvement of the effectiveness and quality of education through the purchase of teaching aids for classes, cooperation of schools in the lending of laboratories. The project aims to ensure equal access to high-quality education.It covers activities to support the development of key competences and universal skills, in particular in extra-school and extracurricular forms that indirectly support emotional and social competences and student integration. Providing direct psycho-pedagogic assistance to children in the scope of the pandemic will also have a positive impact on future social and professional activity. (English) | |||

Projekt "Wsparcie edukacji w Gminie Milicz" dedykowany jest 8 szkołom gminy wiejskiej Milicz. Potrzeby uczniów w/w szkół wg. przeprowadzonej diagnozy wymagają zaangażowania w dodatkowe zajęcia. Częściowo istnieje zapotrzebowanie na zajęcia dydo-wyr częściowo na zajęcia rozwijajające dla uczniów zdolnych. Diagnoza zatwierdzona przez organ prowadzący wykazała niską motywację uczniów i trudności w zapamiętywaniu materiału szkol., deficyty kompetencji emoc.-społ. oraz brak interesujących alternatyw dla spędzania czasu wolnego przy ograniczonej ofercie edukacyjnej w Gminie. Uczniowie pochodzą często z ubogich rodzin, o niskim wykszt. i świadomości. Wszystkie formy wsparcia zaplanowane w ramach projektu są jedynie uzupełnieniem działań prowadzonych przez szkoły, wynikają z problemów zdiagnozowanych w kontekście wystąpienia w Polsce stanu epidemicznego COVID-19 oraz mają na celu niwelowanie jego negatywnych skutków. W odpowiedzi na w/w problemy projekt uwzględnia systemowe wsparcie dla uczniów. Poprzez zajęcia dyd.-wyrów zapewnia uczniom wyrównanie braków a poprzez zajęcia rozwijające poszerza zakres wiedzy uczniów zdolnych. Uczniom ze specjalnymi potrzebami edukacyjnymi oferuje ukierunkowaną terapię.Rozszerza ofertę szkół o zajęcia wyrównawcze, wyjazdowe czy też zajęcia efektywnego uczenia się i rozwijające postawy niezbędne na rynku pracy. Projekt zapewnia poprawę efektywności i jakości kształcenia poprzezzakup pomocy dydaktycznych do zajęć, współpracę szkół w użyczaniu pracownii. Projekt ma na celu zapewnienie równego dostępu do wysokiej jakości edukacji.Obejmujedziałaniaw zakresie wspierania rozwoju kompetencji kluczowych i umiejętności uniwersalnych w szczególności w formach pozaszkolnych i pozalekcyjnych, które pośrednio wspierają kompetencje emocjonaIno-społeczne oraz integrację uczniów.
