W ramach przedmiotowego projektu planowana jest budowa elektronicznej platformy wraz z katalogiem e-usług ułatwiających i usprawniających komunikację elektroniczną urzędu z podmiotami zewnętrznymi – obywatelami, przedsiębiorcami oraz innymi jednostkami administracji publicznej. Projekt zakłada rozwój i integrację baz danych i zasobów cyfrowych wspomagających „procesy biznesowe” - procesy decyzyjne w PZD obejmujące procesy wewnętrzne związane z systemem zarządzania i wymianą informacji oraz procesy ułatwiające komunikację elektroniczną z podmiotami zewnętrznymi. W wyniku realizacji projektu powstaną następujące produkty: e-usługi publiczne udostępnione on-line zintegrowane z Platforma Cyfrowe Wrota Podlasia, system teleinformatyczny niezbędny do funkcjonowania e-usług, nastąpi elektronizacja nowych usług ( w tym elektronizacja danych niezbędnych do ich świadczenia), niezbędny sprzęt informatyczny do świadczenia e-usług, uzupełniająca infrastruktura twarda niezbędna do realizacji e-usług oraz szkolenia z zakresu obsługi wdrożonego systemu informatycznego dla pracowników. Zaprojektowanie i wdrożenie systemu informatycznego zostanie powierzone Wykonawcy, który zostanie wyłoniony w ramach zamówienia publicznego. Ze względu na obszar działania, odbiorcami projektu będą osoby fizyczne i prawne korzystające z infrastruktury drogowej powiatu oraz jednostki samorządu terytorialnego z województwa podlaskiego jak również inne organy publiczne. Projekt obejmuje poniższe typy projektu ujęte w pkt. 3.1 Regulaminu konkursu: a)aktualizacja i integrowanie katalogu e-usług - w tym elektronizacja nowych usług, c)udostępnienie zasobów rejestrów publ. innym podmiotom publ. oraz klientom adm. na drodze elektronicznej, d)zakup i wdrożenie oprogramowania zapewniającego e-dostępność urzędu i usług dla os.niepełnosprawnych (element projektu a)-c)), e)rozwój niezbędnej inrastruktury informatycznej w administracji (element projektu a)-c)). As part of this project, it is planned to build an electronic platform together with a catalogue of e-services facilitating and improving the office’s electronic communication with external entities — citizens, entrepreneurs and other public administration units. The project assumes the development and integration of databases and digital assets supporting “business processes” — decision-making processes in PZD covering internal processes related to the management system and exchange of information as well as processes facilitating electronic communication with external entities. The project will result in the following products: public e-services made available online, integrated with the Digital Platform of the Podlasie Gate, the ICT system necessary for the functioning of e-services, there will be electronicisation of new services (including the electronicisation of data necessary for their provision), the necessary IT equipment for the provision of e-services, complementing the hard infrastructure necessary for the implementation of e-services and training in the field of servicing the implemented IT system for employees. The design and implementation of the IT system will be entrusted to the Contractor, who will be selected as part of the public procurement. Due to the area of activity, the recipients of the project will be natural and legal persons using the road infrastructure of the district and local self-government units from the Podlaskie Voivodeship as well as other public authorities. The project shall include the following project types included in point: 3.1 Rules of the Contest: a)updating and integrating the catalogue of e-services — including electronicisation of new services, c) making available the resources of publ registers to other publ. entities and clients adm. via electronic means, d)purchase and implementation of software providing e-accessibility of the office and services for persons with disabilities (project element a)-c), e) development of the necessary IT infrastructure in administration (element of project a)-c).
