Projekt obejmuje kompleksową termomodernizację budynku użyteczności publicznej zlokalizowanego w Rudzińcu przy ul. Opolskiej 8, użytkowanego w celach statutowych przez Ludowy Klub Sportowy AMATOR RUDZINIEC oraz Ośrodek Pomocy Społecznej w Rudzińcu. W ramach termomodernizacji zaplanowano następujące rodzaje robót: - modernizacja instalacji c.o. i c.w.u. obejmująca: wymianę źródła ciepła - przestarzałego i nieefektywnego kotła węglowego na powietrzną pompę ciepła, - ocieplenie ścian zewnętrznych całego budynku, - ocieplenie dachu całego budynku, - wymiana okien w całym budynku, - wymiana drzwi zewnętrznych, - montaż instalacji fotowoltaicznej o mocy 14,96 kW Zaplanowany zakres prac przyczyni się zwiększenia efektywności energetycznej budynku oraz obniżenia emisji szkodliwych substancji do otoczenia. The project includes a comprehensive thermo-modernisation of the public utility building located in Rudziniec at ul. Opolska 8, used for statutory purposes by the AMATOR Rudziniec People’s Sports Club and the Social Welfare Centre in Rudziniec. As part of the thermomodernisation, the following types of works are planned: — modernisation of c.o. and c.w.u. installations including: replacement of a heat source — an outdated and inefficient coal boiler for an air heat pump, — warming the external walls of the entire building, — warming the roof of the entire building, — replacing windows in the entire building, — replacing external doors, — installation of a photovoltaic installation with a power of 14.96 kW The planned scope of works will contribute to increase the energy efficiency of the building and reduce emissions of harmful substances to the environment.
