The subject of the investment is thermomodernisation of the building of the Primary School in Stradunia, located on plot no. 1038 k.m. 9 in the town of Stradunia at ul. The insurgents of Śl. 40. The plot is located in the residential and economic development zone. The area of the plot is armed, it has access to the plot. Currently, the building houses a non-public primary school, the governing body of which is the Association for Rural Development Stradunia. The building is owned by the Municipality of Walce. Thermomodernisation of the building consists of: performance of insulation of external walls, replacement of roofing, attic ceiling, rooftop, replacement of window and door joinery, replacement of radiators, replacement of boiler CO with installation, replacement of lighting with LED, installation of photovoltaic cells, installation of air heat pump for the needs of c.w.u, introduction of energy management system, green wall. Replacement of roofing is necessary due to constant leakage problems caused by the very poor technical condition of roofing sites. As a result of the project, 1 building with an area of 636.15 m² will be modernised and a heat source will be replaced — the coal boiler will be replaced by a pellet boiler. 2 units of heat generation from RES (heat pump and biomass boiler) will be built, as presented in the product indicators in section 4.1.A. Przedmiotem inwestycji jest termomodernizacja budynku Szkoły Podstawowej w Straduni, zlokalizowanego na działkce nr 1038 k.m. 9 w miejscowości Stradunia przy ul. Powstańców Śl. 40. Działka położona jest w strefie zabudowy mieszkaniowej i gospodarczej. Teren działki jest uzbrojony, posiada wjazd na działkę. Obecnie w budynku mieści się niepubliczna szkoła podstawowa, której organem prowadzącym jest Stowarzyszenie Rozwoju Wsi Stradunia. Budynek jest własnością Gminy Walce. Termomodernizacja budynku polega na: wykonaniu docieplenia ścian zewnętrznych, wymiana pokrycia dachowego, stropu poddasza, stropodachu, wymianie stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej, wymianie grzejników, wymianie kotła CO wraz z instalacją, wymianie oświetlenia na LED, montażu ogniw fotowoltaicznych, montaż powietrznej pompy ciepła na potrzeby instalacji c.w.u, wprowadzeniu systemu zarządzania energią, wykonaniu zielonej ściany. Wymiana pokrycia dachowego konieczna jest ze względu na ciągłe problemy z przeciekaniem, spowodowane bardzo złym stanem technicznym połaci dachowych. W wyniku realizacji przedsięwzięcia zostanie zmodernizowany 1 budynek o powierzchni 636,15 m2 oraz zostanie wymienione źródło ciepła - kocioł na węgiel zostanie zastąpiony kotłem na pellet. Wybudowane zostaną 2 jednostki wytwarzania energii cieplnej z OZE (pompa ciepła oraz kocioł na biomasę), co zostało przedstawione we wskaźnikach produktu w punkcie 4.1.A. (Polish)
