The project consists of a comprehensive modernisation of the existing street lighting system in the municipality of Goleszów, through the replacement of 634 units used so far as part of this system of luminaires of the old type (high-pressure sodium luminaires) with modern and energy-saving LED luminaires, together with their installation and replacement of power cords for these luminaires. The material scope of the project also includes: transfer of dismantled sodium luminaires for disposal, carrying out the necessary tests and measurements (3-phase low voltage circuit, zeroing efficiency) and the purchase and implementation of a lighting control and management system in the commune. The result of the project will be to reduce the level of electricity consumption, for the purpose of supplying the street lighting system in the commune, as well as providing a network of roads running through the commune’s area of operation on the part of users without comparison more favourable than the current ones. Projekt polega na kompleksowej modernizacji istniejącego na terenie gminy Goleszów systemu oświetlenia ulicznego, poprzez wymianę 634 szt. eksploatowanych dotychczas w ramach tego systemu opraw oświetleniowych starego typu (wysokoprężne oprawy sodowe) na nowoczesne i energooszczędne oprawy typu LED, wraz ich montażem oraz wymianą przewodów zasilających te oprawy. Zakres rzeczowy przedsięwzięcia obejmuje także: przekazanie zdemontowanych opraw sodowych do utylizacji, przeprowadzenie niezbędnych badań i pomiarów (3-fazowy obwód niskiego napięcia, skuteczność zerowania) oraz zakup i wdrożenie systemu sterowania i zarządzania oświetleniem na terenie gminy. Rezultatem realizacji przedsięwzięcia będzie zmniejszenie poziomu zużycia energii elektrycznej, do celów zasilania systemu oświetlenia ulicznego na terenie gminy, a także zapewnienie sieci dróg, przebiegającej przez teren gminy parametrów eksploatacji ze strony użytkowników bez porównania korzystniejszych, aniżeli obecne.
