The main objective of the project until 31.08.2023 is to increase employability and active participation in the social and professional life of 70 people [38K/32M] at risk of poverty or social exclusion, from the age of 18, residing in the reason.KC in the voivodship, remaining 100 % economically inactive, including: —7 persons [4K/3M] with significant or moderate disability/conjugated/mental disorders, including persons with intellectual disability and complete developmental disorders,-14 persons [8K/6M] meeting the premise of poverty, experiencing multiple social exclusion, understood as exclusion due to more than one condition, 7 persons [4K/3M] benefiting from the OP FP (whereas the scope of support for these persons does not duplicate the activities that the person has received or receives from the FF OP as part of the accompanying actions referred to in the OP FP).Achievement of the objective will be ensured by the comprehensive actions planned for implementation under the project: — diagnosis of the needs and potentials of UP together with the development of the IŚR and signing a contract on the model of a social contract (100 %UP) — training of social competence (100 %UP) — individual psychological counselling (100 %UP), legal and civic (50 % UP) and professional jobcoaching (100 % UP) — vocational training (100 %UP) — internships (approx. 55 % UP) — employment intermediation (100 % UP) Direct result will be achieved by direct result indicators: *Number of people who obtained qualifications or acquired competences after leaving programu:75% *Number of jobseekers after leaving programu:40% *Number of people working after leaving the program (including self-employed):22 % and also achieving social and employment performance indicators: *in relation to SA, the level of social efficiency-min.34 %,employment-min.12 % *for other people at risk of poverty or social exclusion,the level of efficiency of the community min.34 %,occupational-min.25 % (English) | |||

Głównym celem proj.do 31.08.2023 r. jest zwiększenie zdolności do zatrudnienia i aktywnego udziału w życiu społeczno-zawodowym 70 osób [38K/32M] zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społ., w wieku od 18 r.ż.,zamieszkujących w rozum.KC w woj.wielkopolskim,pozostających w 100% biernymi zawodowo, w tym min.: -7 osób [4K/3M] o znacznym lub umiarkowanym st.niepełnosprawności/z niepełnosprawnością sprzężoną/z zaburzeniami psychicznymi,w tym os.z niepełnosprawnością intelektualną i z całościowymi zaburzeniami rozwojowymi,-14 osób [8K/6M] spełniających przesłankę ubóstwa,doświadczających wielokrotnego wykluczenia społ.,rozumianego jako wykluczenie z powodu więcej niż jednej przesłanki,-7 osób [4K/3M] korzystających z PO PŻ (przy czym zakres wsparcia dla tych osób nie powiela działań,które dana osoba otrzymała lub otrzymuje z PO PŻ w ramach działań towarzyszących,o których mowa w PO PŻ).Osiągnięcie celu zapewnią kompleksowe działania zaplanowane do wdrożenia w ramach proj.: - diagnoza potrzeb i potencjałów UP wraz z opracowaniem IŚR i podpisanie umowy na wzór kontraktu socjalnego (100%UP)- treningi kompetencji społ.(100%UP) - indywidualne poradnictwo psychologiczne (100%UP), prawne i obywatelskie (50% UP) oraz zawodowe w formie jobcoachingu (100% UP)- szkolenia zawodowe (100%UP) - staże (ok. 55% UP) -pośrednictwo pracy (100% UP) Bezpośrednim rezultatem proj.będzie osiągnięcie wskaźników rezultatu bezpośredniego: *Liczba osób, które uzyskały kwalifikacje lub nabyły kompetencje po opuszczeniu programu:75% UP *Liczba osób poszukujących pracy po opuszczeniu programu:40% *Liczba osób pracujących po opuszczeniu programu (w tym na własny rachunek):22% A także osiągnięcie wskaźników efektywności społ. i zatrudnieniowej: *w odniesieniu do ON poziom efektywności społ.- min.34%,zatrudnieniowej–min.12% *w odniesieniu do pozostałych osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społ.poziom efektywności społ.min.34%,zatrudnieniowej–min.25% (Polish)
