Przedmiotowy projekt składa się z dwóch części: I. prac remontowo-modernizacyjnych Oddziału Urologii Onkologicznej i Ogólnej oraz Oddziału Ortopedyczno-Urazowego. Prace modernizacyjne obejmują remontu infrastruktury lokalowej Oddziału Urologii i Ortopedii zlokalizowanej w budynku nr 5 przy ul. Skłodowskiej-Curie 25 i dostosowania jej do potrzeb jednostki w zakresie użytkowania posiadanego wyposażenia i świadczenia usług na rzecz osób starszych i z niepełnosprawnościami. Urologia pozostanie na 2 piętrze, z tym że zostanie przeniesiona w miejsce byłego Oddziału Udarowego. Oddział Ortopedii pozostanie w tej samej lokalizacji na 3 piętrze. II. zakupu aparatury medycznej. Na projekt składa się zakup aparatu RTG z ramieniem C na Oddział Urologii Onkologicznej i Ogólnej, zakup aparatury medycznej na Oddział Ortopedyczno-Urazowy oraz wyposażenie na Blok Operacyjny, dedykowane operacjom ortopedycznym i traumatologii ruchu. Celem projektu jest podniesienie jakości i zniwelowanie różnic w dostępie do świadczeń medycznych poprzez unowocześnienie infrastruktury Oddziału Urologii Onkologicznej, Ogólnej oraz Oddziału Ortopedyczno-Urazowego i Bloku Operacyjnego. Projekt będzie realizowany w oparciu o wytyczne wynikające z Planu Naprawczego zatwierdzonego przez Zarząd Województwa Podlaskiego. Po realizacji projektu na oddziale, którego dotyczy przedmiotowa inwestycja będzie wykonywanych ponad 60 radykalnych zabiegów onkologicznych. Dofinansowana w ramach projektu infrastruktura wykorzystywana będzie wyłącznie na potrzeby udzielania świadczeń zdrowotnych finansowanych ze środków publicznych. Projekt jest gotowy do realizacji, , będzie realizowany od 11.05.2021 r. do 31.12.2022 r. Całkowite koszty projektu wynoszą: 12 838 888,82 zł, w tym kwalifikowane: 9 399 999,99 zł, wnioskowana dotacja 85% - 7 989 999,98 zł, wkład własny 4 848 888,84 zł. The project consists of two parts: I. renovation and modernisation works of the Department of Oncological and General Urology and the Orthopedic and Traumatic Department. Modernisation works include renovation of the local infrastructure of the Department of Urology and Orthopaedics located in building No. 5 at ul. Skłodowska-Curie 25 and adapt it to the needs of the individual for the use of equipment and services for the elderly and with disabilities. Urologia will remain on the 2nd floor, except that it will be moved to the place of the former Stroke Branch. The Orthopaedics branch will remain in the same location on the 3 rd floor. II. purchase of medical equipment. The project consists of the purchase of an X-ray apparatus with the C arm for the Department of Oncological and General Urology, the purchase of medical equipment for the Orthopedic and Traumatic Branch and equipment for the Operational Block, dedicated to orthopaedic operations and traumatology of movement. The aim of the project is to improve the quality and bridge the differences in access to medical services by modernising the infrastructure of the Department of Oncological Urology, General Urology, Orthopedic and Traumatic Unit and Operational Block. The project will be implemented on the basis of the guidelines resulting from the Repair Plan approved by the Board of the Podlaskie Voivodeship. After the implementation of the project at the branch concerned by the investment, more than 60 radical oncological treatments will be carried out. The infrastructure co-financed by the project will be used exclusively for the provision of public-funded health services. The project is ready for implementation and will be implemented from 11 May 2021 to 31.12.2022. The total costs of the project are: PLN 12 838 888.82, including qualified: PLN 9 399 999.99, requested subsidy 85 % — PLN 7 989 999.98, own contribution of PLN 4 848 888.84.
