The aim of the project is to increase employability, change the financial and professional situation, professional activation of OzN. The project will be addressed to 250 OzN:170 unemployed and 80 employees. The assumption is to lead the participants to employment at least 30 % — i.e. 51 people and improvement of the professional situation of at least 35 % of participants — 28 OzN. The project will contribute to improving the situation of K for the Polish participation of women 55 %. 05.2021 to 06.2023. Area: IOK allowed the possibility of implementation in the area of a specific voivodeship. W. has experience, technical background and staff for the implementation of the project in the Mazowieckie Voivodeship. Tasks in the project:1. The task will be accounted for by unit rates, support in accordance with the selection documentation and quality standards.I Identification of the needs of OzN without employment: development of an Individual Action Plan (IPD), implementation of at least 2 forms of support, so that the OzN finds the optimal place and model of development, the prospect of social and professional advancement.The activities will be carried out in accordance with the standards indicated in the Annex to the selection documentation and in the Guidelines for the implementation of projects involving ESF funds in the field of the labour market for the years 2014 2020. Participants will be offered instruments for which standards have been developed in the recruitment documentation, e.g. vocational counselling, training or traineeships or other (for which no standards have been developed) as indicated in IPD.II Employment OzNIII to maintain OzN employment for a period of 3 months2. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie szans na zatrudnienie, zmiana sytuacji materialno-zawodowej, aktywizacja zawodowa OzN. Projekt skierowany zostanie do 250 OzN:170 pozostających bez zatrudnienia oraz 80 pracujących. Założeniem jest doprowadzenie uczestników do zatrudnienia co najmniej 30% - tj. 51 osób oraz poprawa sytuacji zawodowej co najmniej 35% uczestników - 28 OzN. Projekt przyczyni się do poprawy sytuacji K na RP udział kobiet 55%.Termin realizacji: 05.2021 do 06.2023. Obszar: IOK dopuściła możliwość realizacji na obszarze konkretnego woj. W. posiada doświadczenie, zaplecze techniczne i kadrę do realizacji projektu na terenie woj. mazowieckiego. Zadania w projekcie:1. Aktywizacja zawodowa niepracujących OzNZadanie rozliczane będzie stawkami jednostkowymi, wsparcie zgodnie z dokumentacją naboru oraz standardami jakości.I Identyfikacja potrzeb OzN pozostających bez zatrudnienia: opracowanie Indywidualnego Planu Działania (IPD), realizacja co najmniej 2 form wsparcia, tak aby OzN znalazła optymalne miejsce i model rozwoju, perspektywę awansu społecznego i zawodowego.Działania będą realizowane zgodnie ze standardami wskazanymi w załączniku do dokumentacji naboru oraz w Wytycznych w zakresie realizacji przedsięwzięć z udziałem środków EFS w obszarze rynku pracy na lata 2014 2020. Uczestnikom zaproponowane zostaną instrumenty, dla których opracowano standardy w dokumentacji naboru, np. doradztwo zawodowe, szkolenia czy staże lub inne (dla których nie opracowano standardów) zgodnie ze wskazaniami IPD.II Zatrudnienie OzNIII utrzymanie w zatrudnieniu OzN przez okres 3 miesięcy2.
