Number_reference_aid_programme: SA.41471(2015/X) Purpose of public aid: Article 25 of Regulation (EC) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty That’s it. EU L 187/1 of 26.06.2014). The subject of the project is the development of an innovative thread for the assembly of components in aluminium alloy components in electric and hybrid cars and household appliances. The key research problem to be solved in the implementation of this project is the development of a self-forming thread shape that guarantees the reduction of dirt resulting from the crushing of aluminum parts during thread forming and screwing process, as well as the development of stable mounting parameters, including minimum forming and screwing torque and a secure component clamp. Existing solutions generate metallic impurities, which cause failure of systems and service needs. Due to the high force (screw moment) needed to form the thread in the light alloy body with existing solutions, there is also cracking of printed circuit boards with electronic components. Key geometric features of the thread: —outline of a thread with a sharp apex -thread cross section threelobular -metric stroke -growing forming part Key mounting features for the Sasal system using a special thread: —improvement of the space between thread coils for molded aluminum -contaminant reduction -thread forming moment -safe moment of connection clamp The aim of the project will be achieved by the implementation of R & D works: —Developing a self-forming thread design to reduce dirt resulting from the crushing of aluminum parts during thread forming and screwing process and ensuring stable mounting parameters -Op (English)

Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014).
