The aim of the project is to restore and give new social, economic, cultural and recreational functions to public facilities and spaces that will contribute to the improvement of the socio-economic situation of the population living in the area. The project provides for the reconstruction of an open swimming pool with a recreation area on the Kania River, reconstruction of the public space of the Opatic market, modernisation of the Partners’ buildings, reconstruction of the building after a former prison for the needs of the regional museum, land development on the Opatów River, modernisation of some roads with reconstruction of rainwater, street lighting and installation of monitoring improving the safety of residents At each stage of the project, the investments and equipment will take into account the needs of people with disabilities. Indicators: 1. area of the area covered by the revitalisation — 4.92 ha, 2. number of facilities adapted to the needs of persons with disabilities — 2, 3. number of people undergoing training in the field of digital competence -0, 4. number of projects in which the costs of reasonable accommodation for persons with disabilities were financed -1, 5. number of supported infrastructure facilities located in revitalised areas — 3, 6. number of maintained jobs — 0, 7. number of newly created jobs other forms -0, 8th increase in employment in supported entities (other than enterprises) — 3.5. Celem projektu jest przywrócenie i nadanie nowych funkcji społecznych, gospodarczych, kulturalnych i rekreacyjnych obiektom i przestrzeni publicznej, które przyczynią się do poprawy sytuacji społeczno -gospodarczej ludności mieszkającej na tym terenie. W ramach projektu przewiduje się odbudowę basenu otwartego z terenem rekreacji nad rzeką Kania, przebudowę przestrzeni publicznej opatowskiego rynku, modernizację budynków Partnerów, przebudowę budynku po byłym więzieniu na potrzeby muzeum regionalnego, zagospodarowanie terenu nad rzeką Opatówką, modernizację niektórych dróg z przebudową kanalizacji deszczowej, oświetlenia ulicznego i instalacją monitoringu poprawiającego bezpieczeństwo mieszkańców Na każdym etapie realizacji projektu realizowane inwestycje i wyposażenie uwzględniać będzie potrzeby osób z niepełnosprawnościami. Wskaźniki: 1. powierzchnia obszaru objętych rewitalizacją - 4,92 ha, 2. liczba obiektów dostosowanych do potrzeb osób z niepełnosprawnościami- 2, 3. liczba osób objętych szkoleniami w zakresie kompetencji cyfrowych -0, 4. liczba projektów, w których sfinansowano koszty racjonalnych usprawnień dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami -1, 5. liczba wspartych obiektów infrastruktury zlokalizowanych na rewitalizowanych obszarach - 3, 6. liczba utrzymanych miejsc pracy - 0, 7. liczba nowo utworzonych miejsc pracy pozostałe formy -0, 8. wzrost zatrudnienia we wspieranych podmiotach (innych niż przedsiębiorstwa)- 3,5.
