Comprehensive thermomodernisation of public buildings in Pokrzywnica municipality
Property / summary

The main objective of the project is to improve air quality in Pokrzywnica and the district of Pułtuskie by reducing surface emissions (so-called low emissions) from 3 public buildings (Government Office in Pokrzywnica, Voluntary Fire Service in Pokrzywnica, Village Light in Łępicy) by 163.52 tonnes CO2/year (60.23 %) and increase in energy efficiency (weighted average: 69.10 %) of the above-mentioned buildings for education, recreation, public administration and fire protection, thanks to their energy modernisation. The objective of the project will be achieved by carrying out comprehensive thermomodernisation works, replacing the coal boiler with a pellet boiler (surface subject to change of heating method: 261 m²), lighting modernisation (Świetlica Wiejska in Łępicy), modernisation of heating system (TSO building in Pokrzywnica), use of renewable energy sources (3 photovoltaic installations and 1 solar collector installation, 1 pellet boiler). The RES used will produce 25.35 MWh of electricity per year and 25.86 MWh of thermal energy per year. The implementation of the investment is in line with the Low-Emission Economy Plan for Pokrzywnica Municipality — the project has been included in the strategic objectives of PGN. The cost effectiveness of the project is PLN 2737.62/MWh/year. The target group is direct users of public buildings covered by the project of 74 people, customers of public services provided in the facilities and all residents of the Municipality of Pokrzywnica, who will benefit from the effects of the project, among others improving air quality. The project will be implemented in the formula “design and build”. The applicant has the necessary documents to implement the project in this formula (energy audit, functional and utility programme). The applicant declares that the tasks provided for in the project do not require administrative decisions. (English)

Założeniem i głównym celem projektu jest poprawa jakości powietrza w Gminie Pokrzywnica i powiecie pułtuskim poprzez redukcję emisji powierzchniowej (tzw. niskiej emisji), pochodzącej z 3 budynków użyteczności publicznej (Urząd Gminy w Pokrzywnicy, Ochotnicza Straż Pożarna w Pokrzywnicy, Świetlica Wiejska w Łępicach) o 163,52 ton CO2/rocznie (60,23%) oraz zwiększenie efektywności energetycznej (średnia ważona: 69,10%) ww. budynków służących celom edukacji, rekreacji, administracji publicznej i zabezpieczeniu przeciwpożarowemu, dzięki ich modernizacji energetycznej. Efektywność kosztowa projektu to 2737,62 zł/MWh/rok. Grupą docelową są bezpośredni użytkownicy budynków użyteczności publicznej objętych projektem 74 osób, klienci usług publicznych, świadczonych w obiektach oraz wszyscy mieszkańcy Gminy Pokrzywnica, którzy będą korzystać z efektów projektu m.in. poprawy jakości powietrza. Projekt będzie realizowany w formule „zaprojektuj i wybuduj”. Wnioskodawca dysponuje dokumentami niezbędnymi do realizacji projektu w tej formule (audyt energetyczny, program funkcjonalno – użytkowy). Wnioskodawca oświadcza, iż zadania przewidziane w projekcie nie wymagają uzyskiwania decyzji administracyjnych. (Polish)
