The project involves the construction of a photovoltaic farm with a capacity of up to 1 MW together with the necessary technical infrastructure. The project will be located in Poddubówek, in the area of plots no. 368 and 369, area 0031 Poddubówek, Suwałki municipality, Suwalki district. The components of a photovoltaic installation shall consist of: — Container transformer-resolution station SN/nN — Overhead cable connection SN20kV — Cable lines nN — Measuring internal power lines — Photovoltaic panels — Inverters — Solar power plant control system — Solar power plant surveillance system — Fire protection — Overvoltage protection — Main fire switch. The project is ready to be implemented. The actual completion of the project is planned in the year 2020. Total costs of gross investments amount to — PLN 4 094 335.80, eligible costs — PLN 2 381 816.57, co-financing — PLN 1 446 553.17. By producing energy from RES and thus avoiding the consumption of energy produced from non-renewable sources and thus reducing emissions of harmful substances into the atmosphere, the project complies with the Directives of the European Parliament and of the Council: 1) 2008/50/EC of 21 May 2008 on air quality and cleaner air for Europe, 2) 2009/28/EC of 23 April 2009 on the promotion of the use of energy from renewable sources. The project also contributes to the national target of 15 % share of RES in total energy consumption in 2020. The implementation will take into account the provisions of Directive 2009/125/EC of 21 October 2009 establishing a framework for the setting of ecodesign requirements for energy-related products.     Wnioskodawcą ubiegającym się o dofinansowanie w przedmiotowym konkursie jest Pan Andrzej Kalwajtys prowadzący działalność gospodarczą pod nazwą Przedsiębiorstwo Usług Geodezyjno-Kartograficznych „GEO” Andrzej Kalwajtys. Firma należy do segmentu mikroprzedsiębiorstw. Realizowany projekt dotyczy budowy farmy fotowoltaicznej o mocy do 1 MW wraz z niezbędną infrastrukturą techniczną. Projektowana inwestycja zlokalizowana będzie w miejscowości Poddubówek, na terenie obejmującym działki nr 368 i 369, obręb 0031 Poddubówek, gmina Suwałki, powiat suwalski. Na elementy składowe instalacji fotowoltaicznej składają się: - Kontenerowa stacja transformatorowo-rozdzielcza SN/nN - Przyłącze napowietrzno-kablowe SN20kV - Linie kablowe nN – zapomiarowe wewnętrze linie zasilające - Panele fotowoltaiczne - Falowniki - System sterowania elektrowni słonecznej - System dozoru elektrowni słonecznej - Ochrona przeciwporażeniowa - Ochrona przeciwprzepięciowa - Główny wyłącznik p.poż. Projekt jest gotowy do realizacji. Rzeczowe zakończenie realizacji projektu planowane jest w czrwecu 2020r. Koszty całkowite inwestycji brutto wynosi - 4 094 335,80 zł, koszty kwalifikowalne - 2 381 816,57 zł, dofinansowanie -1 446 553,17zł. Poprzez wytworzenie energii z OZE, a tym samym uniknięcie zużycia energii wytworzonej ze źródeł nieodnawialnych i poprzez to ograniczenie emisji szkodliwych substancji do atmosfery projekt zgodny jest z Dyrektywami Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady : 1) 2008/50/WE z dnia 21 maja 2008r. w sprawie jakości powietrza i czystszego powietrza dla Europy, 2) 2009/28/WE z dnia 23 kwietnia 2009 r. w sprawie promowania stosowania energii ze źródeł odnawialnych. Projekt przyczynia się również do realizacji krajowego celu dotyczącego 15% udziału OZE w konsumpcji energii ogółem w 2020. W realizacji uwzględnione zostaną zapisy Dyrektywy 2009/125/WE z dnia 21 października 2009 r. ustanawiająca ogólne zasady ustalania wymogów dotyczących ekoprojektu dla produktów związanych z energią.
