Public Organization Training Centre "Dainava" for Civil Servants and Local Administration

Project will be implemented by 3 public health institutions: Training center "Dainava" for civil servants and local administration as Lead Beneficiary and Grodno regional clinical hospital as Beneficiary 2 and Lithuanian Ministry of Internal Affairs Medical Center as Beneficiary 3. The project aims to increase cross-border cooperation of the institutions in order to enhance the access to social and other services for vulnerable groups - (pre) retirement officers, elderly. Project realization will result in better conditions for patients in all beneficiaries institutions, increase of access to the health care in the region and new social services introduced in the region. Project realization will increase abilities of all beneficiaries staff thanks to experience exchange training, will improve treatment conditions for patients and working conditions for institutions employees. It will establish conditions for long term cooperation in the future. In order to ensure the target of physical and mental health has been selected to apply innovative techniques, the application of which requires special equipment and suitable premises, staff training and the preparation of the target group. It will help LB, B3 to fulfill standards required by national regulations regarding psychological rehabilitation of target group. (English)
