Наблюденията показват, че квалификационното равнище на работната сила в България бележи трайна тенденция на намаление, дори на деградация. Съществена причина за това е емигрирането през годините на образовани и квалифицирани, предимно млади хора, което е непоправимо бедствие за българската икономика. Ето защо, повишаването на качеството на човешките ресурси е приоритет за "Бори" ЕООД. Нашата фирмена политика е насочена към повишаване на производителността на труда, чрез създаване на условия за развитие на професионалните умения и способности на служителите. Ефективността на една организация се определя от знанията, уменията и компетенциите на нейния персонал, селектиран съобразно параметрите на модела на работните места. Изпълнението на проектното предложение "Увеличаване на заетостта и повишаване на квалификацията на заетите лица в "Бори" ЕООД" ще осигури по-висока и по-качествена заетост, чрез повишаване на адекватността на уменията на заетите лица съобразено с актуалните нужди на предприятието ни, като за тази цел е предвидено да бъдат обучени 48 служители за придобиване на ключова компетентност 4 „Дигитална компетентност”.С оглед развитието на иформационните и комуникационни технологии и нарастването на обема на наличната информация в Интернет възниква необходимостта от притежаване на специфични знания и умения за работа със съществуващата технологична инфраструктура от всеки един от нас.Проектът ще спомогне за подобряване достъпа до заетост и преодоляване на бедността и социалното изключване чрез осигуряване на заетост за период от 12 месеца на 6 лица от силно уязвими групи на пазара на труда.Проектното предложение ще допринесе за осъвременяване на познанията, уменията, компетенциите и конкурентоспособността на заетите лица, както и по-лесно да могат да посрещат настъпващите промени свързани с интегрирането на българския пазар на труда към единния европейския бързото навлизане на новите производствени, информационни и комуникационни технологии. Observations show that the qualification level of the Bulgarian workforce is showing a steady downward trend, even degradation. An important reason for this is the emigration over the years of educated and qualified, mostly young people, which is an irreparable disaster for the Bulgarian economy. Therefore, improving the quality of human resources is a priority for Bory EOOD. Our company policy is aimed at increasing labour productivity by creating conditions for the development of professional skills and abilities of employees. The effectiveness of an organisation is determined by the knowledge, skills and competences of its staff, selected according to the parameters of the workplace model. The implementation of the project proposal “Increasing employment and upskilling of employees in Bory EOOD” will provide higher and better quality employment by increasing the skills of the employees in line with the current needs of our enterprise, and for this purpose it is envisaged to train 48 employees to acquire key competences 4 “Digital Competence”.In view of the development of information and communication technologies and the increase in the volume of information available on the Internet, the need to possess specific knowledge and skills to work with the existing technological infrastructure by each of us. The project will help improve access to employment and overcome poverty and social exclusion and increase the volume of information available on the Internet, the need to possess specific knowledge and skills to work with existing technological infrastructure by each of us. Les observations montrent que le niveau de qualification de la main-d’œuvre bulgare affiche une tendance à la baisse constante, voire une dégradation. L’une des raisons importantes de cette situation est l’émigration au fil des ans de personnes instruites et qualifiées, principalement des jeunes, ce qui constitue une catastrophe irréparable pour l’économie bulgare. Par conséquent, l’amélioration de la qualité des ressources humaines est une priorité pour Bory EOOD. Notre politique d’entreprise vise à accroître la productivité du travail en créant des conditions propices au développement des compétences et des capacités professionnelles des employés. L’efficacité d’une organisation est déterminée par les connaissances, les aptitudes et les compétences de son personnel, sélectionnées en fonction des paramètres du modèle du lieu de travail. La mise en œuvre de la proposition de projet «Accroître l’emploi et le perfectionnement des salariés dans Bory EOOD» fournira des emplois de meilleure qualité et de meilleure qualité en augmentant les compétences des salariés en fonction des besoins actuels de notre entreprise, et à cette fin, il est envisagé de former 48 employés à acquérir des compétences clés 4 «Compétence numérique».En vue du développement des technologies de l’information et de la communication et de l’augmentation du volume d’informations disponibles sur Internet, la nécessité de posséder des connaissances et des compétences spécifiques pour travailler avec l’infrastructure technologique existante par chacun d’entre nous. Die Beobachtungen zeigen, dass das Qualifikationsniveau der bulgarischen Arbeitskräfte einen stetigen Abwärtstrend, sogar eine Verschlechterung, zeigt. Ein wichtiger Grund dafür ist die Auswanderung von ausgebildeten und qualifizierten, meist jungen Menschen, die eine unwiederbringliche Katastrophe für die bulgarische Wirtschaft darstellt. Daher ist die Verbesserung der Qualität der Humanressourcen eine Priorität für Bory EOOD. Unsere Unternehmenspolitik zielt darauf ab, die Arbeitsproduktivität durch die Schaffung von Bedingungen für die Entwicklung von beruflichen Fähigkeiten und Fähigkeiten der Mitarbeiter zu erhöhen. Die Wirksamkeit einer Organisation wird durch die Kenntnisse, Fähigkeiten und Kompetenzen ihrer Mitarbeiter bestimmt, die nach den Parametern des Arbeitsplatzmodells ausgewählt werden. Uit de waarnemingen blijkt dat het kwalificatieniveau van de Bulgaarse beroepsbevolking een gestage neerwaartse trend vertoont, zelfs een achteruitgang. Een belangrijke reden hiervoor is de emigratie in de loop van de jaren van opgeleide en gekwalificeerde, voornamelijk jongeren, wat een onherstelbare ramp is voor de Bulgaarse economie. Daarom is het verbeteren van de kwaliteit van het menselijk potentieel een prioriteit voor Bory EOOD. Ons bedrijfsbeleid is gericht op het verhogen van de arbeidsproductiviteit door het scheppen van voorwaarden voor de ontwikkeling van professionele vaardigheden en vaardigheden van werknemers. De effectiviteit van een organisatie wordt bepaald door de kennis, vaardigheden en competenties van haar personeel, geselecteerd volgens de parameters van het werkplekmodel. Le osservazioni mostrano che il livello di qualificazione della forza lavoro bulgara sta registrando una costante tendenza al ribasso, anche al degrado. Un motivo importante è l'emigrazione negli anni di istruzione e qualificazione, soprattutto giovani, che rappresenta un disastro irreparabile per l'economia bulgara. Pertanto, il miglioramento della qualità delle risorse umane è una priorità per Bory EOOD. La nostra politica aziendale mira ad aumentare la produttività del lavoro creando le condizioni per lo sviluppo delle competenze professionali e delle capacità dei dipendenti. L'efficacia di un'organizzazione è determinata dalle conoscenze, abilità e competenze del proprio personale, selezionate in base ai parametri del modello di lavoro. L'attuazione della proposta di progetto "Incrementare l'occupazione e il miglioramento delle competenze dei dipendenti in Bory EOOD" fornirà occupazione di qualità superiore e migliore, aumentando le competenze dei dipendenti in linea con le attuali esigenze della nostra impresa, e a tal fine si prevede di formare 48 dipendenti per acquisire competenze chiave 4 "Competenza digitale".In vista dello sviluppo delle tecnologie dell'informazione e della comunicazione e l'aumento del volume di informazioni disponibili su Internet, la necessità di possedere conoscenze e competenze specifiche per lavorare con l'infrastruttura tecnologica esistente da ciascuno di noi. Las observaciones muestran que el nivel de cualificación de la mano de obra búlgara está mostrando una tendencia constante a la baja, incluso a la degradación. Una razón importante para ello es la emigración a lo largo de los años de educados y cualificados, en su mayoría jóvenes, que es un desastre irreparable para la economía búlgara. Por lo tanto, mejorar la calidad de los recursos humanos es una prioridad para Bory EOOD. Nuestra política de empresa está dirigida a aumentar la productividad laboral mediante la creación de condiciones para el desarrollo de las habilidades y habilidades profesionales de los empleados. La eficacia de una organización está determinada por los conocimientos, habilidades y competencias de su personal, seleccionados de acuerdo con los parámetros del modelo de lugar de trabajo. La aplicación de la propuesta de proyecto «Incremento del empleo y mejora de las capacidades de los empleados en Bory EOOD» proporcionará un empleo más alto y de mejor calidad aumentando las capacidades de los empleados en consonancia con las necesidades actuales de nuestra empresa, y con este fin se prevé formar a 48 empleados para que adquieran competencias clave 4 «Competencia digital».
