Сградата, обект на интервенция по проекта е държавна собственост и в нея се помещава Районна служба "Пожарна безопасност и защита на населението" - гр. Девин. Тя е построена и въведена в експлоатация през 1983 г. Представлява обществена сграда на 3 етажа и има монолитна конструкция. Покривът е 3 типа: скатен с и без въздушна междина и плосък без въздушна междина. Външните стени са тухлени и стоманобетонови с мазилка. Дограмата на обекта е метална, ПВЦ и дървена. Подът е към земя и външен въздух. Топлинен източник е собствена котелна инсталация, разположена в сутерена на сградата. Котелът е произведен и монтиран през 2015 г.Предвидените енергоспестяващи мерки включват изпълнение на:1. Топлинно изолиране на външните стени 2. Топлинно изолиране на покрив3. The building, which is the subject of intervention under the project, is state-owned and houses the District Office “Fire Safety and Protection of the Population” — Devin. It was built and commissioned in 1983. It is a public building on 3 floors and has a monolithic construction. The roof is 3 types: sloppy with and without air gap and flat without air gap. The outer walls are brick and reinforced concrete with plaster. The joinery of the object is metal, PVC and wooden. The floor is to ground and outdoor air. Heat source is its own boiler system located in the basement of the building. The boiler was manufactured and installed in 2015. The planned energy saving measures include implementation of:1. Le bâtiment, qui fait l’objet d’une intervention dans le cadre du projet, appartient à l’État et abrite le bureau de district «Sécurité incendie et protection de la population» — Devin. Il a été construit et mis en service en 1983. C’est un bâtiment public sur 3 étages et a une construction monolithique. Le toit est de 3 types: bâillonné avec et sans espace d’air et plat sans espace d’air. Les murs extérieurs sont en brique et en béton armé avec du plâtre. La menuiserie de l’objet est en métal, PVC et bois. Le sol est au sol et à l’air extérieur. La source de chaleur est son propre système de chaudières situé au sous-sol du bâtiment. Das Gebäude, das Gegenstand der Intervention im Rahmen des Projekts ist, ist im Staatsbesitz und beherbergt das Bezirksamt „Feuerschutz und Schutz der Bevölkerung“ – Devin. Es wurde 1983 gebaut und in Betrieb genommen. Es ist ein öffentliches Gebäude auf 3 Etagen und hat eine monolithische Konstruktion. Das Dach ist 3 Arten: schlampig mit und ohne Luftspalt und flach ohne Luftspalt. Die Außenwände sind Ziegel und Stahlbeton mit Gips. Die Tischlerie des Objekts ist Metall, PVC und Holz. Der Boden ist zu Boden und Außenluft. Wärmequelle ist ein eigenes Kesselsystem, das sich im Keller des Gebäudes befindet. Der Kessel wurde 2015 hergestellt und installiert. Die geplanten Energiesparmaßnahmen beinhalten die Umsetzung von:1. Wärmedämmung der Außenwände 2. Wärmedämmung des Daches3. Wärmedämmung des Bodens4. Het gebouw, dat het onderwerp is van interventie in het kader van het project, is eigendom van de staat en huisvest het District Office „Fire Safety and Protection of the Population” — Devin. Het werd gebouwd en in gebruik genomen in 1983. Het is een openbaar gebouw op 3 verdiepingen en heeft een monolithische constructie. Het dak is 3 types: slordig met en zonder luchtgat en vlak zonder luchtspleet. De buitenmuren zijn baksteen en gewapend beton met gips. Het schrijnwerk van het object is metaal, PVC en hout. De vloer is naar de begane grond en buitenlucht. Warmtebron is een eigen ketelsysteem gelegen in de kelder van het gebouw. De ketel werd in 2015 vervaardigd en geïnstalleerd. De geplande energiebesparingsmaatregelen omvatten de implementatie van:1. Thermische isolatie van buitenmuren 2. Thermische isolatie van een dak3. Thermische isolatie van de vloer4. L'edificio, oggetto di intervento nell'ambito del progetto, è di proprietà statale e ospita l'Ufficio distrettuale "Sicurezza antincendio e protezione della popolazione" — Devin. È stato costruito e commissionato nel 1983. Si tratta di un edificio pubblico su 3 piani e ha una costruzione monolitica. Il tetto è di 3 tipi: sloppy con e senza spazio d'aria e piatto senza spazio d'aria. Le pareti esterne sono mattoni e cemento armato con intonaco. La falegnameria dell'oggetto è metallo, PVC e legno. Il pavimento è a terra ed aria esterna. Fonte di calore è il proprio sistema di caldaie situato nel seminterrato dell'edificio. La caldaia è stata costruita e installata nel 2015. El edificio, que es objeto de intervención en el marco del proyecto, es de propiedad estatal y alberga la Oficina de Distrito «Seguridad y Protección contra Incendios de la Población» — Devin. Fue construido y encargado en 1983. Es un edificio público de 3 plantas y tiene una construcción monolítica. El techo es de 3 tipos: descuidado con y sin espacio de aire y plano sin espacio de aire. Las paredes exteriores son de ladrillo y hormigón armado con yeso. La carpintería del objeto es metal, PVC y madera. El piso es a tierra y aire al aire libre.
