Проектът предвижда изграждане на Система за управление на влаковата работа на ДП НКЖИ за подобряване на планирането и управлението на влаковата работа, а също така и в изпълнение на политиката на Европейската Комисия за изграждане на телематични приложения (Регламенти № 454/2011 и № 1305/2014/EU) в Транс-Европейската конвенционална железопътна система. СУВР има за задача да автоматизира процесите по планиране, прогнозиране, управление и отчитане на влаковата работа, изчисляване на инфраструктурни такси, водене на статистика и подготвяне на данни за анализ в ДП НКЖИ. Системата ще дава възможност на потребителите да получават справки в зависимост от пълномощията им, както и да създават допълнителни такива в зависимост от техните потребности и права за достъп, с възможност за автоматично обновяване на справките с актуални данни.С анекс № 1 от проекта отпадат дейностите, свързани със СМКППЖСД. The project envisages the construction of a Train Management System of NRIC SE to improve the planning and management of train work, as well as in implementation of the policy of the European Commission for the construction of telematic applications (Regulations No 454/2011 and No 1305/2014/EU) in the Trans-European Conventional Rail System. The SVR has the task of automating the processes of planning, forecasting, management and reporting of train work, calculating infrastructure charges, keeping statistics and preparing data for analysis at NRIC SE. The system will allow users to receive reports depending on their mandates, as well as to create additional ones depending on their needs and access rights, with the possibility of automatic updating of the reports with current data. With annex No 1 of the project, activities related to the ICPRZhD are dropped. (English)

Le projet prévoit la construction d’un système de gestion des trains de NRIC SE afin d’améliorer la planification et la gestion du travail ferroviaire, ainsi que la mise en œuvre de la politique de la Commission européenne pour la construction d’applications télématiques (règlements no 454/2011 et no 1305/2014/UE) dans le système ferroviaire transeuropéen conventionnel. Le SVR a pour tâche d’automatiser les processus de planification, de prévision, de gestion et de rapport du travail ferroviaire, de calculer les redevances d’infrastructure, de tenir des statistiques et de préparer des données pour analyse à NRIC SE. Le système permettra aux utilisateurs de recevoir des rapports en fonction de leurs mandats, ainsi que d’en créer d’autres en fonction de leurs besoins et de leurs droits d’accès, avec la possibilité d’une mise à jour automatique des rapports avec les données actuelles. Das Projekt sieht den Bau eines Zugmanagementsystems der NRIC SE zur Verbesserung der Planung und Verwaltung der Zugarbeit sowie die Umsetzung der Politik der Europäischen Kommission für den Bau telematischer Anwendungen (Verordnungen Nr. 454/2011 und Nr. 1305/2014/EU) im transeuropäischen konventionellen Eisenbahnsystem vor. Der SVR hat die Aufgabe, die Prozesse der Planung, Prognose, Verwaltung und Berichterstattung von Zugarbeiten zu automatisieren, Infrastrukturgebühren zu berechnen, Statistiken zu führen und Daten für die Analyse bei der NRIC SE zu erstellen. Das System wird es den Nutzern ermöglichen, je nach ihren Mandaten Berichte zu erhalten und je nach Bedarf und Zugriffsrechten zusätzliche Berichte zu erstellen, wobei die Möglichkeit besteht, die Berichte automatisch mit aktuellen Daten zu aktualisieren. Mit Anhang Nr. 1 des Projekts werden die Aktivitäten im Zusammenhang mit dem ICPRZhD eingestellt. (German)

Het project voorziet in de bouw van een treinbeheersysteem van NRIC SE om de planning en het beheer van treinwerkzaamheden te verbeteren, alsook ter uitvoering van het beleid van de Europese Commissie voor de bouw van telematicatoepassingen (Verordeningen nr. 454/2011 en nr. 1305/2014/EU) in het trans-Europees conventionele spoorwegsysteem. De SVR heeft tot taak de processen van planning, prognose, beheer en rapportage van treinwerkzaamheden te automatiseren, infrastructuurheffingen te berekenen, statistieken bij te houden en gegevens voor analyse op NRIC SE voor te bereiden. Het systeem stelt gebruikers in staat om rapporten te ontvangen, afhankelijk van hun mandaten, en om extra rapporten te creëren afhankelijk van hun behoeften en toegangsrechten, met de mogelijkheid om de rapporten automatisch te actualiseren met actuele gegevens. Met bijlage nr. 1 van het project worden activiteiten in verband met de ICPRZhD geschrapt. (Dutch)

Il progetto prevede la costruzione di un sistema di gestione dei treni di NRIC SE per migliorare la pianificazione e la gestione dei lavori ferroviari, nonché l'attuazione della politica della Commissione europea per la costruzione di applicazioni telematiche (regolamenti n. 454/2011 e n. 1305/2014/UE) nel sistema ferroviario transeuropeo convenzionale. L'SVR ha il compito di automatizzare i processi di pianificazione, previsione, gestione e rendicontazione dei lavori ferroviari, calcolare i diritti per l'infrastruttura, mantenere le statistiche e preparare i dati per l'analisi presso NRIC SE. Il sistema consentirà agli utenti di ricevere relazioni in funzione del loro mandato, nonché di crearne altri a seconda delle loro esigenze e dei loro diritti di accesso, con la possibilità di aggiornare automaticamente le relazioni con i dati attuali. Con l'allegato n. 1 del progetto, le attività relative all'ICPRZhD sono sospese. (Italian)
