In accordance with our objectives, in cooperation with the LAG, we assessed the areas where intervention is possible on the part of our association. As a result, we designed the project elements with a focus on teaching learning (individual competence development, self-knowledge), household management and interpersonal competences. As a result of the interventions and programmes, we hope to develop conscious and responsible behaviour. The target group of the most vulnerable age group is 0-14 years old and of course their parents, relatives, and ultimately the whole population. 2.5.1 The findings of the HKFS identified 3 areas in the area of population competence development: 1) learning learning, 2) household management, 3) developing interpersonal competences. 2.5.2 Preparedness of the project At the time of submission of the grant application, the objectives to be achieved were precisely defined in the preparation of the Baseline Study, which corresponded to the calls for public competence development and the areas of intervention required by the HKFS. 2.5.3 The target group(s) of the project to be implemented is the population of the city of Sarkad. 2.5.4 Activities to be implemented our Association intends to implement 10 activities in the field of the LAG. 1.) 2019. 08. 16. In the area of interpersonal competence, the primary aim of the one-day event entitled “Cultural Behaviour in the vicinity of Lake Eden” is to improve social competences: our goal is to protect the state of our tourist attractions by building the environment, sorting out and collecting garbage, by creating and maintaining contact, interpersonal flexibility, courtesy, helpfulness and tolerance. We hope that we will set a good example for participants in achieving environmental goals. 2 and 3) 2019. 09. 14 and 2020 05. In the area of interpersonal competence, two major events entitled “Parties Day” and “Children’s Day for the whole family” will be launched during the implementation of the project. The aim of the events is to improve equal opportunities for those living in the so-called new settlement area of Sarkad, organising meaningful, free-air recreation programmes. At the events, the common leisure time of the generations, volunteering and the importance of social participation will be the focus of the events. Artisanal and musical programs and joint cooking guarantee active leisure time, division of labour, mutual learning, enrichment of interpersonal relationships. Music and playful programs clearly serve to preserve the mental health of the participants. The constructive cooperation of volunteer organisers is a good example for passive participants, thus stressing the importance of social responsibility. Managing competitive situations helps to develop personal and group competences (effective communication, conflict management, cooperation). 4.) 2019. 10. 11. in the field of interpersonal competence, a presentation entitled “Drug prevention in primary school”. Our aim is to raise awareness of preventive, health-preserving behaviour and conscious value-providing role in lectures, classroom classes. 5. and 6.) In the area of interpersonal competence, we will implement two events and lectures entitled “Dibetes Day commemoration” and “diabetes every day” within the framework of the project. In the implementation of the project, we focus, among other things, on the acceptance of people living with diabetic. The family is shaping a narrower and broader community attitude and presenting good behaviour through positive examples. 7 and 8) 2019. 12. 07 and 2020 03. 29. in the field of learning learning, "We plan to deliver good practice during the project, based on each other’s two-day training entitled "Taking attention — game I and II”. What we offer: • For the first time, a workshop for parents will be organised, where you can hear a short and understandable presentation about the importance of attention skills and the consequences of any lack of attention. • For the second time, we can take part in an awareness-raising session led by a developer, in which children of the targeted age group can take part. At this occasion, we provide parents with the opportunity to ask their questions about educational topics to professionals (educators, psychologists). We hope that the conversations will also trigger a one-parent brainstorm. 9 and 10) 2020. 01. 19 and 2020 03. 29. in the field of household management, we would like to give useful advice on money management and environmental awareness in the form of lectures and questions entitled “Financing in an understandable way” and “with environmental awareness against waste”. Céljainknak megfelelően a HACS-csal együttműködve felmértük azon területeket, ahol egyesületünk részéről beavatkozás lehetséges. Ennek eredményeként a Tanulás tanítása (egyéni kompetenciafejlesztés, önismeret), Háztartásgazdálkodás és Személyközi kompetenciák területére fókuszálva terveztük a projektelemeket. A beavatkozások, programok eredményeként a tudatos és felelős magatartás kialakítását reméljük. A programok célcsoportja a legveszélyeztetettebb korosztály 0-14 év és természetesen szüleik, rokonaik, végeredményben sarkad egész lakossága. 2.5.1 A projekt szükségességének alátámasztása, előzmények A HKFS megállapításai a lakossági kompetenciafejlesztés területén 3 területet határozott meg: 1) a tanulás tanulása, 2) háztartásgazdálkodás, 3) személyközi kompetenciák fejlesztése. 2.5.2 A projekt előkészítettsége A támogatási kérelem benyújtásakor már a Megalapozó tanulmány elkészítésében pontosan megfogalmazásra kerültek olyan elérendő célok, melyek illeszkednek a lakossági kompetenciafejlesztés kiírásainak és a HKFS által elvárt beavatkozási területeinek. 2.5.3 A projekt által érintett célcsoport(ok) A megvalósítani kívánt projekt célcsoportja Sarkad város lakossága. 2.5.4 Megvalósítandó tevékenységek Egyesületünk a HACS területén 10 aktivitást kíván megvalósítani. 1.) 2019. 08. 16. Személyközi kompetencia területén a „Kulturális viselkedés az Éden tó környezetében” című egynapos rendezvény elsődleges célja, hogy javítsa a társas kompetenciákat: a kapcsolatteremtő, kapcsolatfenntartó készséget, az interperszonális rugalmasságot az udvariasságot , a segítőkészséget, a toleranciát Nem titkolt célunk továbbá, hogy környezetszépítéssel, rendezéssel, szemétszedéssel óvjuk a turisztikai látványosságaink állapotát. Reményeink szerint jó példát mutatunk a résztvevők számára a környezetvédelmi célok megvalósításában. 2. és 3.) 2019. 09. 14. és 2020. 05. Személyközi kompetencia területén „Teleki nap” és „Gyermeknap az egész családnak” című két nagyszabású rendezvényt hívunk életre a projekt megvalósítása folyamán. A rendezvények célja a Sarkad település úgynevezett Újtelepi városrészén élők esélyegyenlőségének javítása, tartalmas, ingyenes, szabad levegőn eltöltött szabadidős programok szervezése. A rendezvényeken a generációk közös szabadideje, az önkéntesség, a társadalmi részvétel fontossága kerül fókuszba. A kézműves és zenés programok, közös főzések garantálják az aktív szabadidőt, a munkamegosztást, az egymástól való tanulást, a személyközi kapcsolatok gazdagodását. A zenés, játékos programok egyértelműen szolgálják a résztvevők mentális egészségének megőrzését. Az önkéntes szervezői feladatot vállalók konstruktív együttműködése jó példát mutat a passzív résztvevőknek, ezzel hangsúlyozva a társadalmi felelősségvállalás fontosságát. A versenyhelyzetek kezelése segíti a személyes és csoportos kompetenciák fejlesztését (hatékony kommunikáció, konfliktuskezelés, együttműködési készség ). 4.) 2019. 10. 11. a személyközi kompetencia területén belül „Drogprevenció az általános iskolában” című előadás. Célunk előadáson, osztályfőnöki órákon a preventív, egészségmegőrző magatartásra, a tudatos értékközvetítő szerepre felhívni a figyelmet. 5. és 6.) A személyközi kompetencia területén „Diabetesz Világnapi megemlékezés” és „Diabetesz minden-napjainkban” című két rendezvényt, előadás sorozatot valósítunk meg a projekt keretein belül. A projekt megvalósítása során előtérbe helyezzük többek között a diabétesszel élő emberek elfogadását. A család a szűkebb és tágabb közösségi hozzáállás formálása és a helyes viselkedés bemutatása pozitív példákon keresztül. 7. 9. és 10.) 2020. 01. 19. és 2020. 03. 29. a háztartásgazdálkodás területén „Pénzügyek közérthetően” és „ „Környezettudatossággal a pazarlás ellen” címmel előadások és kérdések – válaszok formájában hasznos tanácsokat szeretnénk adni a pénz kezeléssel és a környezettudatossággal kapcsolatosan.
