The trainee will be assisted by his/her 9 years of work experience in the field of mentoring in the field of marketing, and will educate him/her in accordance with his/her knowledge, helping the trainee to develop. The other trainee will be employed as warehouse manager. The company carries out retail business, the goods arrive with a delivery ticket, they receive revenue, and then they are sold. It is the responsibility of the warehousekeeper to take over, collect and compare sales with stockholding. In addition, the storekeeper is responsible for counting the daily cash holdings, because the daily cash holdings are always paid to the bank the next day. The banknote counter is purchased in connection with his work. István Taskó, who has been designated as a mentor, will educate and assist the young trainees involved in the project in accordance with their practicality, professional experience and knowledge. Gaining work experience improves the labour market prospects for trainees and contributes to employment opportunities. The project would involve the renovation of a commercial unit with the following content: partitioning, painting, wall, pillar, column covering. The costs to be declared under the project include both the material and the fee. Real estate investment works are necessary for the employment of both trainees, since business is the working environment for them. The acquisition of low-value equipment is essential for the work of both trainees: 2 office swivel chairs, 2 office computer tables, 2 shelves, 2 chests of drawers, 2 cabinets, and 4 T1 chairs, as there are more than one customer, so it is necessary to arrange for a minimum of 2 persons. Purchase of computers and associated hardware and software necessary for the work of both trainees. Will be procured during the project: 2 Dell Vostro 3668 computers, 2 Microsoft Office 2016 Home&Business, 2 Microsoft Windows 10 Pro, 2 Logitech keyboard cordless DT, 2 Symbol LS2208 USB barcode readers. Our company uses a two-monitor technique for our current employees, due to errors and proper stockpiling. For this reason, 4 monitors will be purchased for 2 trainees: Dell S2218H 21.5" monitor. The graphic trainee also requires 1 Adobe Photoshop CC and 1 Adobe Illustrator CC. The internship colleagues are planning to continue after the expiry of the employment obligation. The fact that our company is characterised by a high-quality working culture is a great advantage for the interns in recognising career opportunities. In many countries of the European Union and in Hungary, the first major obstacle to job placement is the lack of practical professional experience, so participation in the internship is an important advantage for young people at the start of their career.     A Festék Csodák Kft. 2000.01.04-i cégbejegyzéssel jött létre. Fő tevékenysége a vasáru-, festék-, üveg-kiskereskedelem, melyet helyileg a Tiszaújváros, Mátyás király út 13. szám alatt folytat. Az nevezett ingatlan bérlemény. A megalapításkor a vállalkozásunk célul tűzte ki, hogy a megrendelőink és vásárlóink felé olyan vállalkozási formát mutassunk be, amelyik alapvetően a magas fokú minőségre törekszik, a korrekt üzleti kapcsolatokra, a megbízhatóságra, valamint a piacon való hosszú távú megmaradására és fejlődésre fekteti a hangsúlyt. A projekt keretében 1 fő vállalati gyakornoki kapcsolattartó (mentor) Taskó István ügyvezető, tulajdonos értékesítési, készletezési, valamint marketing feladatokat is ellát ügyvezetői feladatain kívül. Végezettsége: több, mint 10 éves munka tapasztalattal rendelkezik a Festék Csodák Kft.-nél mind boltvezetői, mind a marketing tevékenységet tekintve. A projektben 2 fő gyakornok foglalkoztatása valósul meg, mindkét gyakornok munkaviszonyának a kezdete: 2017.08.01. Az egyik grafikus munkakörben kerül alkalmazásra, akinek a feladata, hogy elkészíti a szakmai feladatok terveit, majd a tervek alapján a kívánt anyagból és technikával kivitelezi a végleges, többnyire nyomdailag sokszorosított vagy multimediás vizuális marketing anyagokat. A kor követelményeinek megfelelő technológiákat ismeri és használja. Feladatai: a) grafikai tervek létrehozása, illusztráció készítése, esetleg sokszorosítása; b) multimédiás tervek, látványtervek létrehozása; c) síkbeli, térbeli animáció létrehozása; d) komplex grafikus és animált anyagok tervezése; e) virtuális képek, tárgyak megjelenítése; f) számítógépes grafika készítése, g) két- és háromdimenziós képek alkotása, számítógépes animációk vagy modellező programok alkalmazásával. A gyakornok munkáját a mentor marketing vezető szakterületen szerzett 9 év munkatapasztalatával fogja segíteni, és tudásának megfelelően fogja oktatni ezzel, segíti a gyakornok fejlődését. A másik gyakornok raktárkezelő munkakörben lesz foglalkoztatva. A cég kiskereskedelmi tevékenységet folytat, az áru szállítójeggyel érkezik, bevételezésre, majd értékesítésre kerül sor. Az áruátvétel, a bevételezés, illetve az eladások összehasonlítása a készletezéssel a raktáros feladata. Ezenkívül a raktárkezelő feladatkörébe tartozik a napi készpénzállomány megszámolása, mert a napi készpénzállomány a bankba kerül mindig befizetésre másnap. Az ő munkájához kapcsolódóan kerül sor a bankjegyszámláló beszerzésére. A mentorként megjelölt Taskó István a projektbe bevont fiatal gyakornok munkatársakat gyakorlatiasságának, szakmai tapasztalatának és tudásának megfelelően fogja oktatni és segíteni munkájuk során. A munkatapasztalat megszerzésével javul a gyakornokok munkaerő piaci kilátása továbbá a foglalkoztatási lehetőségekhez is hozzájárul. A projekt keretében kereskedelmi egység ingatlan felújítására kerülne sor, ennek tartalma: válaszfalazás, festés, fal-, pillér-, oszlopburkolás. A projekt keretében elszámolandó költségek tartalmazzák az anyag és a munkadíjat is. Az ingatlan beruházási munkálatokra mindkét gyakornok foglalkoztatása esetén szükség van, hiszen a munkakörnyezetet jelenti számukra az üzlet. Mindkét gyakornok munkavégzéséhez elengedhetetlenül szükséges a kis értékű eszközök beszerzése: 2 darab irodai forgószék, 2 darab irodai számítógépasztal, 2 darab polc, 2 darab komód, 2 darab vitrines szekrény, valamint 4 darab T1 szék, mivel egy ügyfelet, vevőt többen is képviselhetnek, így szükséges minimum 2 fő leültetéséről gondoskodni. Mindkét gyakornok munkavégzéséhez szükséges számítógép és a hozzá tartozó hardverek és szoftverek beszerzése. Beszerzésre kerül a projekt során: 2 darab Dell Vostro 3668 számítógép, 2 darab Microsoft Office 2016 Home&Business, 2 darab Microsoft Windows 10 Pro, 2 darab Logitech keyboard cordless DT, 2 darab Symbol LS2208 USB vonalkódolvasó. Társaságunk jelenlegi alkalmazottainál kétmonitoros technikát alkalmaz cégünk, a hibák kiszűrése és a megfelelő készletezés miatt. Emiatt a 2 fő gyakornok részére 4 darab monitor kerül beszerzésre: Dell S2218H 21,5” monitor. A grafikus gyakornok munkájához szükséges még az 1 darab Adobe Photoshop CC és az 1 darab Adobe Illustrator CC. A gyakornoki kollégák az Festék Csodák Kft. a tovább foglalkoztatási kötelezettség leteltét követően is tervezi. Nagy előnyt jelent a későbbiekben a gyakornokok számára a karrier lehetőségei felismerésében hogy, a cégünkre magas színvonalú munkavégzési kultúra, jellemző. Az Európai Unió számos országában és hazánkban a pályakezdők elhelyezkedésének az első nagy akadálya a gyakorlati szakmai tapasztalat hiánya, így a gyakornoki programban való részvétel fontos előnyt jelent a pályakezdés elején álló fiataloknak.
