The project is carried out in a consortium of 3 members, all members have appropriate professional experience and are all in a stable economic situation. The area of the project is located in the North Great Plain Region, Jász-Nagykun-Szolnok County, in the district of Szolnok, which has 18 municipalities in total. The county has a population of nearly 384 thousand people, who may be directly and indirectly affected by the realisation of the project. Members of the consortium implementing the project: 1. Szolnok City Development Nonprofit Limited Company — GFO 573 (consortium leader), 2. Jász-Nagykun-Szolnok County Enterprise Development Foundation — GFO 569 (consortium member), 3. Jász-Nagykun-Szolnok County Government Office — GFO 312 (consortium member). Our aim is to ensure the widest possible cooperation, therefore the consortium is a member of three different types of legal entities. In order to ensure broad support and cooperation, beyond existing ones, we will develop further cooperation with local authorities, local NGOs and employers in the implementation of the project. During the project, we intend to carry out the following activities: 1. Communication activities, awareness-raising activities 1.1. Inform, sensitise, develop cooperation with local employers and their professional organisations in line with project objectives 1.2. Organisation of local professional events and meetings for the target group with local organisations, professional chambers and business organisations with a prominent role in female employment: organisation of employment round tables for local employers, businesses, vocational training places, social and civil partners, companies and employers awarded the Family Friendly Workplace Award, and the present EFOP-1.2.9. Women in the family and in the workplace and GINOP 5.3.2 Promoting flexible employment with the participation of county winners in the convergence regions in order to explore local opportunities for female employment. 1.3. Encourage the spread and acceptance of atypical forms of employment and flexible forms of work organisation on the ground 1.4. Showcase the potential and benefits of women’s social and economic empowerment on the ground and dismantle social stereotypes, information days and/or lectures to raise awareness of the changing roles of women and men, and/or organising campaigns, events, actions, online content, publishing examples of women and men serving as models on the ground, communication activities to promote the use of local and social media and to encourage wider participation of women. 1.5. Showcase and disseminate to women and girls the role of women in rural development, regional development and economic development, their potential in new and traditional sectors and areas of expertise and good practices implemented. 2. In cooperation with the implementation of the priority call EFOP-1.2.6 The establishment and operation of the Women’s Information and Service Centre (Women-Central-Pont), formal and non-formal training, development and preparation for the target group based on the training and educational resources developed by the implementer of the EFOP-1.2.6 priority scheme and their adaptation 2.1. Establishment and operation of the Women’s Information and Service Centre 2.2. Completion of formal and non-formal training, development and preparation 2.3. Ensure the participation of local professionals in trainings, developments and trainings organised by the implementer of the EFOP-1.2.6 priority facility. 2.4. Adoption of standards, training programmes and learning materials developed by the implementer of the EFOP-1.2.6 priority facility and, if necessary, adaptation to local conditions 3. Purchase of equipment necessary for the development of the target group and for the establishment and operation of the Women’s Information and Service Centre 3.1. Provision of premises, IT background and mobility (e.g. laptop, software, mobile internet, rental of premises and cars). 3.2. Creating the necessary IT background for the free use of the new IT service to support formal and non-formal education (Online knowledge-sharing) for training, development and preparation developed by the developer of the EFOP-1.2.6 flagship scheme. 3.3. Acquisition of equipment related to the establishment of the Women’s Information and Service Centre The following additional tasks were also planned for the successful realisation of the project: Project preparation (Requirement and situation assessment, conclusion of cooperation agreements, preparation of a professional plan, preparation and implementation of public procurements), Project management, Audit, validation of horizontal aspects, Publicity. A projekt 3 tag által alkotott konzorciumban valósul meg, valamennyi tag megfelelő szakmai tapasztalattal rendelkezik, mindannyian stabil gazdasági helyzetűek. A projekt hatóterülete az Észak-Alföldi Régióban, Jász-Nagykun-Szolnok megyében, azon belül is a Szolnoki járásban található, amely összesen 18 település tartozik. A megye lakossága közel 384 ezer ember, akikre közvetlenül és közvetetten hatással lehet a projekt megvalósulása. A projektet megvalósító konzorcium tagjai: 1. Szolnoki Városfejlesztő Nonprofit Zártkörűen Működő Részvénytársaság - GFO 573 (konzorciumvezető), 2. Jász-Nagykun-Szolnok Megyei Vállalkozásfejlesztési Alapítvány - GFO 569 (konzorciumi tag), 3. Jász-Nagykun-Szolnok Megyei Kormányhivatal - GFO 312 (konzorciumi tag). Célunk a lehető legszélesebb körű összefogást biztosítani, ezért a konzorcium tagja három különböző jellegű tevékenységet végző jogi személy. A széles körű támogatottság és együttműködés érdekében, a meglévőkön túl további együttműködést fogunk kialakítani a projekt megvalósítása során helyi önkormányzatokkal, helyi civil szervezetekkel, munkáltatókkal. A projekt során az alábbi tevékenységeket kívánjuk megvalósítani: 1. Kommunikációs aktivitások, szemléletformáló tevékenységek 1.1. Helyi munkaadók és szakmai szervezeteik tájékoztatása, érzékenyítése, együttműködések kialakítása a projektcélokkal összhangban 1.2. Szakmai helyi rendezvények, találkozók szervezése a célcsoport számára a női foglalkoztatásban kiemelt szereppel bíró helyi szervezetekkel, szakmai kamarákkal, vállalkozói szervezetekkel: foglalkoztatási kerekasztalok szervezése a helyi munkaadók, vállalkozások, szakképző helyek, szociális és civil partnerek, Családbarát Munkahely díjat elnyert cégek, munkáltatók, valamint a jelen EFOP-1.2.9. Nők a családban és a munkahelyen standard felhívás és a GINOP 5.3.2 A rugalmas foglalkoztatás elterjesztése a konvergencia régiókban pályázat megyei nyerteseinek bevonásával a női foglalkoztatást elősegítő helyi lehetőségek feltárása érdekében. 1.3. Atipikus foglalkoztatási formák és rugalmas munkaszervezési módok helyben való elterjesztésének ösztönzése, elfogadottságának erősítése 1.4. Nők társadalmi és gazdasági szerepvállalásában rejlő lehetőségek és előnyök helyi bemutatása, valamint a társadalmi sztereotípiák lebontása, a nők és férfiak változó szerepeinek tudatosítása érdekében tájékoztató napok és/vagy előadások, és/vagy kampányok, események, akciók szervezése, online tartalmak készítése, helyben mintaként szolgáló nők és férfiak példájának közzétételével, a helyi és a közösségi média használatával továbbá a nők szélesebb körű részvételének ösztönzése érdekében végzett kommunikációs aktivitás. 1.5. A nők vidékfejlesztésben, térségfejlesztésben, gazdaságfejlesztésben betölthető szerepének, új, illetve hagyományos ágazatokban és szakterületeken kínálkozó lehetőségeinek, megvalósított, működő jó gyakorlatok bemutatása, terjesztése nőknek és lányoknak. 2. Az EFOP-1.2.6 Családbarát ország kiemelt felhívás megvalósítójával együttműködve a Női Információs és Szolgáltató Központ (Nő-Köz-Pont) létrehozása és működtetése, formális és nem-formális képzések, fejlesztések, felkészítések lebonyolítása a célcsoport számára az EFOP-1.2.6 kiemelt konstrukció megvalósítója által kidolgozott képzési, oktatási segédanyagok és azok adaptálása alapján 2.1. A Női Információs és Szolgáltató Központ (Nő-Köz-Pont) létrehozása és működtetése 2.2. Formális és nem-formális képzések, fejlesztések, felkészítések lebonyolítása 2.3. Helyi szakemberek részvételének biztosítása az EFOP-1.2.6 kiemelt konstrukció megvalósítója által szervezett képzéseken, fejlesztéseken, felkészítéseken. 2.4. Az EFOP-1.2.6 kiemelt konstrukció megvalósítója által kidolgozott sztenderdek, képzési programok és tananyagok átvétele, szükség szerint a helyi adottságok szerinti adaptálása 3. Célcsoport fejlesztéséhez és a Női Információs és Szolgáltató Központ létrehozásához, működtetéséhez szükséges eszközök beszerzése 3.1. A helyiség, az informatikai háttér és mobilitás biztosítása (pl. laptop, szoftver, mobil internet, helyiség- és gépkocsi bérlet). 3.2. Az EFOP-1.2.6 kiemelt konstrukció megvalósítója által kifejlesztett képzésekhez, fejlesztésekhez, felkészítésekhez szükséges formális és non-formális oktatást segítő (Online tudásmegosztó) új informatikai szolgáltatás ingyenes használatához szükséges informatikai háttér megteremtése. 3.3. A Női Információs és Szolgáltató Központ kialakításával kapcsolatos eszközök beszerzése A projekt sikeres megvalósulása érdekében a következő járulékos feladatok ellátását is terveztük: Projekt előkészítés (Igény és helyzetfelmérés, Együttműködési megállapodások megkötése, Szakmai terv készítése, Közbeszerzések előkészítése és lebonyolítása), Projektmenedzsment, Könyvvizsgálat, Horizontális szempontok érvényesítése, Nyilvánosság.
