Коефициентът на безработица в община Долна баня е висок, с което се нарежда на едно от първите места в Софийска област по процент на безработица на населението. Най-засегнати са хората с увреждания и грижещите се за тях. Настоящият проект адресира проблема чрез създаването на социално предприятие в гр. Долна баня - обществена пералня в полза на неактивни и безработни лица в т.ч. и хора с увреждания и директното им обкръжение - за тяхното пълноценно и автономно съществуване посредством осигуряване на възможности за трудова заетост. Това ще ги направи по-активни и равноправни участници в социалния живот, което ще способства за подобряване на жизнения им стандарт и ще създаде условия за развитие на техния капацитет като личности. От друга страна, реализирането на схема за подкрепена заетост ще допринесе за облекчаване на икономическото бреме на психичната болест за техните семейства и общността като цяло. Освен изграждането на пералнята (ремонт и оборудване на помещение, създаване на организационно-административна рамка), мотивационно обучение за 40 дългосрочно безработни лица от уязвими групи, осъществяване на дейности и програми за активна социално-икономическа интеграция и професионална подготовка на персонал в перално стопанство, наемане на трудово правоотношение на 16 лица, привличане на клиенти, 16-месечният проект предвижда и въвеждане на програма за трудова рехабилитация, чиято роля е да подпомогне изграждането на подкрепяща среда, предоставяща възможност на хората с увреждания да придобият и развият умения за търсене и задържане на работа (чрез обучения и стаж в социалното предприятие). По този начин инициативата допринася за успешното изпълнение на приетата Актуализирана oбщинска стратегия за развитие на социалните услуги в община Долна баня 2016 г. – 2020 г.В рамките на проекта са предвидени и редица дейности, насочени към общността, за намаляване на стигмата и дискриминацията и създаване на условия за активно социално включване. The unemployment rate in the municipality of Dolna Banya is high, which ranks one of the first places in the Sofia region by the unemployment rate of the population. People with disabilities and carers are the most affected. This project addresses the problem through the creation of a social enterprise in Dolna Banya — a public washing machine for the benefit of inactive and unemployed persons, including people with disabilities and their direct environment — for their full and autonomous existence by providing employment opportunities. This will make them more active and equal actors in social life, helping to improve their living standards and enabling them to develop their capacities as individuals. On the other hand, the implementation of a supported employment scheme will contribute to alleviating the economic burden of mental illness for their families and the community as a whole. In addition to the construction of the washing machine (repair and equipment of premises, establishment of an organisational and administrative framework), motivational training for 40 long-term unemployed people from vulnerable groups, implementation of activities and programmes for active socio-economic integration and professional training of laundry workers, hiring 16 persons, attracting clients, the 16-month project also envisages the introduction of a work rehabilitation programme, whose role is to help build a supportive environment enabling people with disabilities to acquire and develop job-search and retention skills (through training and internship in the social enterprise). In this way, the initiative contributes to the successful implementation of the adopted Updated Municipal Strategy for the Development of Social Services in Dolna Banya Municipality 2016-2020.The project also foresees a number of community-oriented activities to reduce stigma and discrimination and create conditions for active social inclusion. Le taux de chômage dans la municipalité de Dolna Banya est élevé, qui est l’une des premières places de la région de Sofia par le taux de chômage de la population. Les personnes handicapées et les aidants sont les plus touchés. Ce projet s’attaque au problème par la création d’une entreprise sociale à Dolna Banya — une machine à laver publique au profit des personnes inactives et au chômage, y compris les personnes handicapées et leur environnement direct — pour leur pleine existence et leur autonomie en offrant des possibilités d’emploi. Cela les rendra plus actifs et plus égaux dans la vie sociale, en contribuant à l’amélioration de leur niveau de vie et en leur permettant de développer leurs capacités en tant qu’individus. D’autre part, la mise en œuvre d’un programme d’aide à l’emploi contribuera à alléger le fardeau économique des maladies mentales pour leurs familles et pour l’ensemble de la communauté. Outre la construction de la machine à laver (réparation et équipement des locaux, mise en place d’un cadre organisationnel et administratif), la formation à la motivation pour 40 chômeurs de longue durée issus de groupes vulnérables, la mise en œuvre d’activités et de programmes d’intégration socio-économique active et de formation professionnelle des travailleurs de la blanchisserie, l’embauche de 16 personnes, l’attraction de clients, le projet de 16 mois prévoit également la mise en place d’un programme de réadaptation professionnelle, dont le rôle est de contribuer à la création d’un environnement favorable permettant aux personnes handicapées d’acquérir et de développer des compétences en recherche d’emploi et de maintien en poste (par la formation et le stage dans l’entreprise sociale). De cette manière, l’initiative contribue à la mise en œuvre réussie de la Stratégie municipale actualisée pour le développement des services sociaux dans la municipalité de Dolna Banya 2016-2020. Le projet prévoit également un certain nombre d’activités communautaires visant à réduire la stigmatisation et la discrimination et à créer les conditions d’une inclusion sociale active. (French)

Die Arbeitslosenquote in der Gemeinde Dolna Banya ist hoch, was aufgrund der Arbeitslosenquote der Bevölkerung zu den ersten Plätzen in der Region Sofia zählt. Am stärksten betroffen sind Menschen mit Behinderungen und Pflegekräfte. Mit diesem Projekt wird das Problem durch die Gründung eines sozialen Unternehmens in Dolna Banya – eine öffentliche Waschmaschine zum Nutzen von Nichterwerbstätigen und Arbeitslosen, einschließlich Menschen mit Behinderungen und ihrer unmittelbaren Umgebung – für ihre volle und autonome Existenz durch die Schaffung von Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten angegangen. Dadurch werden sie aktiver und gleichberechtigter Akteure im sozialen Leben werden, indem sie dazu beitragen, ihren Lebensstandard zu verbessern und sie in die Lage zu versetzen, ihre Fähigkeiten als Individuen zu entwickeln. Andererseits wird die Umsetzung eines geförderten Beschäftigungsprogramms dazu beitragen, die wirtschaftliche Belastung psychischer Erkrankungen für ihre Familien und die gesamte Gemeinschaft zu verringern. Neben dem Bau der Waschmaschine (Reparatur und Ausstattung der Räumlichkeiten, Einrichtung eines organisatorischen und administrativen Rahmens), Motivationsschulungen für 40 Langzeitarbeitslose aus gefährdeten Gruppen, Durchführung von Aktivitäten und Programmen für eine aktive sozioökonomische Integration und berufliche Ausbildung von Wäschearbeitern, Einstellung von 16 Personen, Anziehung von Kunden, sieht das 16-monatige Projekt auch die Einführung eines Arbeitsprogramms vor, dessen Aufgabe darin besteht, ein unterstützendes Umfeld zu schaffen, das Menschen mit Behinderungen den Erwerb und die Entwicklung von Fähigkeiten zur Arbeitsplatzsuche und -bindung ermöglicht (durch Ausbildung und Praktikum im sozialen Unternehmen). Auf diese Weise trägt die Initiative zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung der angenommenen aktualisierten kommunalen Strategie für die Entwicklung von Sozialdienstleistungen in der Gemeinde Dolna Banya 2016-2020 bei.Das Projekt sieht auch eine Reihe von gemeindenahen Aktivitäten vor, um Stigmatisierung und Diskriminierung zu verringern und Bedingungen für eine aktive soziale Eingliederung zu schaffen. Het werkloosheidspercentage in de gemeente Dolna Banya is hoog, een van de eerste plaatsen in de regio Sofia door het werkloosheidspercentage van de bevolking. Mensen met een handicap en verzorgers zijn het meest getroffen. Dit project pakt het probleem aan door de oprichting van een sociale onderneming in Dolna Banya — een openbare wasmachine ten behoeve van inactieven en werklozen, met inbegrip van mensen met een handicap en hun directe omgeving — voor hun volledige en autonome bestaan door werkgelegenheid te bieden. Dit zal hen actiever en gelijker maken in het sociale leven, waardoor zij hun levensstandaard kunnen verbeteren en hen in staat zullen stellen hun capaciteiten als individu te ontwikkelen. Anderzijds zal de tenuitvoerlegging van een gesteunde werkgelegenheidsregeling bijdragen tot het verlichten van de economische last van geestesziekten voor hun gezinnen en de gemeenschap als geheel. Naast de bouw van de wasmachine (reparatie en uitrusting van gebouwen, instelling van een organisatorisch en administratief kader), motivatietraining voor 40 langdurig werklozen uit kwetsbare groepen, uitvoering van activiteiten en programma’s voor actieve sociaal-economische integratie en beroepsopleiding van wassers, het inhuren van 16 personen, het aantrekken van klanten, voorziet het 16 maanden durende project ook in de invoering van een programma voor arbeidsrevalidatie, dat tot taak heeft bij te dragen aan de totstandbrenging van een ondersteunende omgeving die mensen met een handicap in staat stelt vaardigheden voor het zoeken en behouden van een baan te verwerven en te ontwikkelen (via opleiding en stage in de sociale onderneming). Op deze manier draagt het initiatief bij aan de succesvolle uitvoering van de goedgekeurde bijgewerkte gemeentelijke strategie voor de ontwikkeling van sociale diensten in de gemeente Dolna Banya 2016-2020. Het project voorziet ook in een aantal gemeenschapsgerichte activiteiten om stigmatisering en discriminatie te verminderen en voorwaarden te scheppen voor actieve sociale inclusie. (Dutch)

Il tasso di disoccupazione nel comune di Dolna Banya è alto, che si colloca uno dei primi posti nella regione di Sofia per il tasso di disoccupazione della popolazione. Le persone con disabilità e i prestatori di assistenza sono i più colpiti. Questo progetto affronta il problema attraverso la creazione di un'impresa sociale a Dolna Banya — una lavatrice pubblica a beneficio delle persone inattive e disoccupate, comprese le persone con disabilità e il loro ambiente diretto — per la loro piena e autonoma esistenza offrendo opportunità di lavoro. Ciò li renderà attori più attivi ed eguali nella vita sociale, contribuendo a migliorare il loro tenore di vita e consentendo loro di sviluppare le loro capacità di individui. D'altro canto, l'attuazione di un programma a favore dell'occupazione contribuirà ad alleviare l'onere economico delle malattie mentali per le loro famiglie e per la comunità nel suo complesso. Oltre alla costruzione della lavatrice (riparazione e attrezzature dei locali, creazione di un quadro organizzativo e amministrativo), formazione motivazionale per 40 disoccupati di lunga durata provenienti da gruppi vulnerabili, attuazione di attività e programmi di integrazione socioeconomica attiva e formazione professionale dei lavanderie, assunzione di 16 persone, attrarre clienti, il progetto di 16 mesi prevede anche l'introduzione di un programma di riabilitazione del lavoro, il cui ruolo è quello di contribuire alla creazione di un ambiente di sostegno che consenta alle persone con disabilità di acquisire e sviluppare competenze di ricerca e mantenimento del lavoro (attraverso la formazione e il tirocinio nell'impresa sociale). In questo modo, l'iniziativa contribuisce alla riuscita attuazione della strategia municipale aggiornata per lo sviluppo dei servizi sociali nel comune di Dolna Banya 2016-2020. Il progetto prevede anche una serie di attività orientate alla comunità per ridurre la stigmatizzazione e la discriminazione e creare le condizioni per l'inclusione sociale attiva. (Italian)

La tasa de desempleo en el municipio de Dolna Banya es alta, que ocupa uno de los primeros lugares de la región de Sofía por la tasa de desempleo de la población. Las personas con discapacidad y los cuidadores son los más afectados. Este proyecto aborda el problema mediante la creación de una empresa social en Dolna Banya, una lavadora pública en beneficio de las personas inactivas y desempleadas, incluidas las personas con discapacidad y su entorno directo, para su existencia plena y autónoma proporcionando oportunidades de empleo. Esto los hará más activos e igualitarios en la vida social, ayudando a mejorar sus niveles de vida y permitiéndoles desarrollar sus capacidades como individuos. Por otra parte, la aplicación de un plan de empleo subvencionado contribuirá a aliviar la carga económica de las enfermedades mentales para sus familias y para la comunidad en su conjunto. Además de la construcción de la lavadora (reparación y equipamiento de los locales, establecimiento de un marco organizativo y administrativo), la formación de motivación para 40 desempleados de larga duración pertenecientes a grupos vulnerables, la ejecución de actividades y programas de integración socioeconómica activa y formación profesional de los trabajadores de lavandería, la contratación de 16 personas, la captación de clientes, el proyecto de 16 meses también prevé la introducción de un programa de rehabilitación laboral, cuya función es ayudar a crear un entorno propicio que permita a las personas con discapacidad adquirir y desarrollar habilidades de búsqueda de empleo y retención (mediante la formación y la pasantía en la empresa social). De esta manera, la iniciativa contribuye a la implementación exitosa de la Estrategia Municipal Actualizada para el Desarrollo de Servicios Sociales en el Municipio de Dolna Banya 2016-2020. El proyecto también prevé una serie de actividades orientadas a la comunidad para reducir el estigma y la discriminación y crear condiciones para la inclusión social activa. (Spanish)
