The project “Innovative Educational Activities in Outdoor Environments for the Advancement of Every Child” involves five schools that improve their activities: Utena school — kindergarten "Varpelis", Utena school- kindergarten, Eglutė", Utena district. Utena gymnasium, Utena district. Daugailiai main school, Utena district. The aim of the project is to improve the achievements of pre-primary and pre-primary education by introducing innovative model of education in various outdoor environments, taking into account the child’s natural powers, individual experience. Objectives for the achievement of the objective: 1. Implement measures aimed at developing children’s competences and STEAM skills in outdoor environments. 2. Develop a system for measuring the progress of children of pre-school and pre-school age, focused on the success of each child. The project is new to develop innovative educational content in outdoor environments for the development of children’s competences and STEAM skills development. In order for every child to be successful, the project introduces a model of innovative education(s) in various outdoor environments, the center of which is the child with his natural powers, individual experience, and around it rotates, helping the child, the components of the model: electronic bank of methodological descriptions of educational(s) in various outdoor environments; children’s activities in various outdoor environments with the help of a educator’s assistant; development of project activities and tools to measure children’s progress and their application for monitoring, recording, evaluation, which will help to identify the child’s progress and the progress of the project (change in the quality of the educational content). Vilnius crèche — kindergarten “Viltenė” will advise the schools of the project with long-term experience in creating innovative activities and environments. The development of an innovative model of education(s) in various outdoor environments will have a positive impact on children’s education, their competences and the development of STEAM skills in outdoor environments, the professional development of participants in the project’s target group. Projekte ,,Inovatyvios ugdymo(si) veiklos lauko aplinkose kiekvieno vaiko pažangai“ dalyvauja penkios veiklą tobulinančios mokyklos: Utenos mokykla-vaikų darželis „Varpelis“, Utenos mokykla- vaikų darželis ,,Eglutė", Utenos r. Užpalių gimnazija, Utenos r. Daugailių pagrindinė mokykla, Utenos r. Sudeikių daugiafunkcis centras. Projekto tikslas - atsižvelgiant į vaiko prigimtines galias, individualią patirtį, pagerinti ikimokyklinio ir priešmokyklinio ugdymo pasiekimus, diegiant inovatyvų ugdymo(si) įvairiose lauko aplinkose modelį. Tikslo įgyvendinimo uždaviniai: 1. Įgyvendinti priemones, orientuotas į vaiko kompetencijų bei STEAM gebėjimų ugdymą lauko aplinkose. 2. Kurti ikimokyklinio ir priešmokyklinio ugdymo amžiaus vaikų pažangos vertinimo sistemą, orientuotą į kiekvieno vaiko sėkmę. Projekte nauja tai, kad ikimokyk. ir priešmokykl. ugdymo programos įgyvendinimui kuriamas inovatyvus ugdymo turinys lauko aplinkose vaiko ugdymosi kompetencijų plėtotei bei STEAM gebėjimų ugdymui. Siekiant, kad kiekvienas vaikas patirtų sėkmę, projekte diegiamas inovatyvių ugdymo(si) įvairiose lauko aplinkose modelis, kurio centre yra vaikas su savo prigimtinėmis galiomis, individualia patirtimi, o aplink jį sukasi, padedančios vaikui, modelio sudėtinės dalys: ugdymo(si) įvairiose lauko aplinkose metodinių aprašų elektroninis bankas; vaikų veiklos įvairiose lauko aplinkose su Auklėtojo asistento pagalba; projekto veiklų ir vaikų pažangos vertinimo įrankių sukūrimas bei jų taikymas stebėjimui, fiksavimui, vertinimui, kurių pagalba bus galima nustatyti daromą vaiko pažangą bei projekto pažangą (ugdymo turinio kokybės pokytį). Projekto mokyklas konsultuos Vilniaus lopšelis – darželis ,,Viltenė“, turintis ilgalaikę patirtį kuriant inovatyvias veiklas, aplinkas. Sukurtas inovatyvus ugdymo(si) įvairiose lauko aplinkose modelis turės teigiamą poveikį vaikų ugdymui, jų kompetencijoms bei STEAM gebėjimų ugdymui lauko aplinkose, projekto tikslinės grupės dalyvių profesiniam tobulėjimui.
