Sustainable employability is a key element for our organisation. Employees need longer motivated, flexible and innovative work within an ever-changing environment. The common aspect is that both the employee and the employer of the 21st century look at careers in a new way and together have the responsibility to shape this. It is now more than ever about continuing to participate, being innovative and finding a response to change. The translation of sustainable employability is reflected in the objective of the municipality’s human resources policy; on the one hand, maintaining healthy and motivated staff and, on the other hand, maintaining a well-established official organisation. The sub-objectives of human resources policy are inter alia; a manageable rate of absenteeism (..%); low inflow WIA; proper implementation of the laws, low turnover of staff; flexible and involvement of staff; employee satisfaction (score 7,8); customer satisfaction, strive for zero accidents and loyalty to the collective values.
