| Property / summary: Doel: Samen Flexibel voor onze Klanten. Looptijd: van 1-12-2016 tot 1-12-2017 Het ESF-project 'Samen Flexibel voor onze Klanten' is een verbeterproject voor de medewerkers van S.I. Zwartz BV te Oldenzaal. Om deze medewerkers duurzaam binnen het bedrijf in te kunnen zetten, is het van belang dat er geen aspecten binnen de organisatie spelen waar de medewerkers “ongelukkig van worden” en zij meer betrokken raken bij het totale proces. Het gaat hierbij niet alleen om het verbeteren van de bedrijfsprocessen zelf, maar het gaat voornamelijk om de bewustwording van de medewerkers met als gevolg een hogere betrokkenheid en motivatie om het werk goed te organiseren. Gezamenlijk worden de verbeterpunten benoemd. Het gezamenlijke karakter van het project, het uitwisselen en delen van de aanwezige informatie en uiteindelijk het wegnemen van de onduidelijkheden moet de betrokkenheid en het werkplezier een positieve impuls geven. En daarmee het verminderen van de werkstress, voor het bedrijf én voor zichzelf. Dit veranderproces draagt ertoe bij dat de medewerkers niet alleen met minder stress en frustraties, maar vooral efficiënter en gemotiveerder hun werk uitvoeren. De subsidie is aangevraagd door S.I. In order to be able to use these employees sustainably within the company, it is important that there are no aspects within the organisation that the employees “disappear from” and become more involved in the overall process. This is not only about improving the business processes themselves, but mainly about the awareness of the employees, resulting in a higher commitment and motivation to organise the work properly. The areas for improvement shall be identified jointly. The joint nature of the project, the exchange and sharing of the information available and, ultimately, the removal of the ambiguities should give a positive boost to the involvement and the pleasure of working. And thereby reducing work stress, both for the company and for itself. This change process helps to ensure that employees carry out their work not only with less stress and frustrations, but above all more efficiently and more motivated.
