Seiger Wonen wil middels dit project een lerende organisatie creëren waarbij medewerkers staat zijn om zichzelf elkaar en de organisatie te verbeteren en waardoor continue verbetering van de dienstverlening onderdeel van het dagelijks handelen wordt. De actieve deelname van een ieder staat centraal om de autonomie, zingeving en verantwoordelijkheid te verbeteren, betrokkenheid bij de organisatie te stimuleren en mensen voor langere tijd te binden en boeien. Door de intrinsieke motivatie aan te wakkeren zijn medewerkers in staat om mee te bewegen met de organisatie. Met als resultaat een eigen toekomstperspectief te duiden dat aansluit bij hun talenten en de ambities van de organisatie, zodat passie en plezier in het werk gewaarborgd blijven.
