The fisheries sector is on the move. Regulatory pressure is increasing, and new demands are constantly being imposed on employees. In doing so, the offer of the auction to its customers changes and takes on other tasks from the chain. The development of new knowledge and knowledge of communicating wisely is therefore becoming increasingly important. It is clear that one-time learning of knowledge is not enough. A continuous learning process is needed in which employees support each other and work together to find what is needed to do their work better and better. Therefore, it has been chosen to ask an external consultant to guide the employees in developing a learning culture to ensure this for the future. (Dutch)
