Infor wants to make more work on the health and employability of its employees in the coming years. This is due to the following reasons: 1. Previous preventive studies have shown that there is a risk of loss of life in the areas: sleep, fruit consumption and exercise; 2. Employees are mainly employed at Infor; 3. There is an increased risk of burn out: at 31 % this is an increased risk; In 2019-2020, with the support of the advisor of Bewegen Werkt, Infor wants to get started with the following activities: 1. Measuring the sustainable employability of our employees with a vitality scan. The consultant assists us in making choices for appropriate questionnaire modules and health tests. In addition, he supports us in defining the project design, drawing up communication plans, sending invitations to all employees, collecting research data, processing research data in group reporting with distinct subgroups and drafting an organisation advice. 2. Individual coaching for employees: The aim is for employees with risks to improve their employability and maintain them in the future. From a coaching approach, individual goals are set and targeted advice is given on lifestyles or methods of working well. The results on the vitality scan are used by the employee and coach to formulate points of improvement regarding employability. 3. Group coaching For the entire team or split into two or three groups, a programme will be drawn up based on the results on the vitality scan and a need survey that we want to set out in conjunction with the consultant on the relevant themes, such as working conditions and lifestyle.
