Balcony Glass BV is een Nederlandse fabrikant van hoogwaardige en innovatieve producten voor het betere buitenleven. De organisatie ontwikkelt, produceert, verkoopt, levert en plaatst terras- en balkon-beglazing, tuinkamers en windschermen. Sinds aanvrager in 2008 de markt is op gegaan met eigen producten, is het snel gegaan met de groei van de organisatie. Het bedrijf heeft zich binnen 10 jaar ontwikkeld tot een toonaangevend marktleider. Groeiende vraag heeft vanzelfsprekend ook geleid tot een groeiende (personele) organisatie en ontwikkeling van de processen. Op dit moment blijkt dat de organisatie de groei minder goed kan ‘bijbenen’. Het is de wens van de organisatie dat medewerkers werkzaamheden uitvoeren die bij hen passen.
