    Aluvo (60 medewerkers) is al ruim vijfenveertig jaar actief als aluminium kozijnenspecialist. Onder leiding van een nieuwe directeur/grootaandeelhouder werkt het bedrijf aan de toekomst en worden er nieuwe keuzes gemaakt. Medewerkers staan centraal bij Aluvo en worden intensief betrokken bij het maken en uitvoeren van de toekomstplannen. Essentieel voor Aluvo is een optimale betrokkenheid en duurzame inzetbaarheid van de medewerkers. Het ziekteverzuim is laag bij Aluvo en dit wil het bedrijf graag zo houden. Het bevorderen van gezond en veilig werken is daarbij essentieel. Het gaat daarbij om zowel de fysieke als psychische gesteldheid van medewerkers. Aluvo wil de individuele situatie van medewerkers in kaart brengen en zodoende preventief beleid voeren. Alle medewerkers zullen worden benaderd om op vrijwillige basis hieraan deel te nemen. Aluvo heeft al onderzocht dat hiervoor bij de medewerkers veel draagvlak voor bestaat. De gezondheid van medewerkers wordt in kaart gebracht door o.a.: - Een uitgebreide enquête onder medewerkers o.a. gericht op het lichamelijk en psychisch functioneren (afwisseling, zelfstandigheid, hoeveelheid werk, werktempo, emotionele belasting, relatie met leiding, inspraak, toekomstzekerheid, leermogelijkheden, plezier in het werk, betrokkenheid, herstel na het werk, afstand nemen etc.; - Diverse metingen gericht op het lichamelijk functioneren o.a. BMI, longfunctie, gezichtsveldonderzoek, bloeddrukonderzoek, lenigheid, audiologisch onderzoek etc. De rapportage wordt door de adviseur verstrekt aan de medewerker met daarbij er individuele terugkoppeling en advies is.
