Rabobank Nederland has decided that all banks within the cooperative will work much more customer-driven, partly driven by the diversity of a constantly changing market. Of course, this has consequences for all employees and managers. A different way of delivering services requires different competences and skills. This has been the reason for the management of Rabobank Stad en Midden Groningen to have Store Support carry out a survey aimed at the customer experience at the bank. On the basis of the research results, all staff members are invited to a session in the Euroborg. The results of the study were presented. In 2019, Rabobank Stad en Midden Groningen wants to further develop this. Most importantly, knowledge sessions will be organised in which employees are involved in the changing market and customer needs. Themes to be discussed include: How can we move into those hidden expectations of our customers? Our customers have so many different characters and different wishes. What does it mean for their own work and the way in which the customer wants to be served? How and how do we want to interact with each other and with customers? And especially what can our employees contribute to this? By investing in sustainable employability and investing in a culture of learning and improvement on issues, we take our employees into the lasting change. By letting employees notice that we can make a difference together and increase sustainable employability. (English)

(Dutch)
