    CMIS werkt aan de duurzame inzetbaarheid van haar medewerkers. Alle medewerkers worden benaderd om op vrijwillige basis deel te nemen aan een onderzoek naar hun duurzame inzetbaarheid. In een digitale vragenlijst worden vragen gesteld over vitaliteit in het werk, de taakeisen, plezier in het werk en gezondheid. Medewerkers krijgen individueel inzicht in hun gezondheid en kunnen direct aan de slag om hun inzetbaarheid te verduurzamen. Fittere, gezondere en meer betrokken medewerkers die op de langere termijn vitaal genoeg zijn om te genieten van hun pensioen. Daarnaast biedt CMIS de toegang tot een loopbaanadviseur zodat inidividueel aanvullend hulp wordt geboden, in de vorm van een inzetbaarheidsgesprek of gezondheidsscan, werkplekonderzoek, voedingsadvies, coaching om te stoppen met roken, ergonomische hulpmiddelen, loopbaanontwikkeling e.d. Het gaat om bijvoorbeeld het upgraden van plezier in het werk, kennis en vaardigheden, gezondheid, werk-/privé balans, werk op de korte en lange termijn, hoe een medewerker zich voelt, hoe hij zich gedraagt ten opzichte van zijn gezondheid, welk effect dat heeft en in hoeverre hij de kracht heeft om zaken op gezondheidsgebied aan te pakken. Aan het eind van het gesprek wordt een plan van aanpak opgesteld. Daarnaast kan een medewerker worden begeleid bij de uitvoering van het plan van aanpak. (Dutch)
