    Project Work training related rehabilitation Diocese of Lund Begin of the Project: 170501 End of the Project: 210131 Project goal: Work training Methods and structures for collaboration are established. They promote the inclusion of persons with disabilities on the Labour market. Secondary goal 1: Sustainable work methods are established in the participating parrishes/organizations. Secondary goal 2: Sustainable colaboration structures have been established between the Diocese of Lund and the public sector, organizations in civil society and private Enterprises. Secondary goal 3: A gender perspective is integrated in all parts of the Project. It has contributed to the access to the Labour market and to formation for the women participating in the Project. General concepts of the Project: - To work simultaneosly on individual, Group and society level. An individual plan is needed. Group suport and Group activities are important in the healing process. Many causes of exclusion are structural and have to be handled on society level. - To offer work training in 4 steps: 1) For the most vulnerable participants. For example green rehabilitation. 2) Participating in the work training offered specificly for Project participants. 3) Participating in work training in the regular work of the Parrish. 4) Short term employment as a last experience in the process before leaving the Project.
