    M. van der Looy Afbouw BV (hierna Van der Looy) is een bedrijf dat gespecialiseerd is in het isoleren en stukadoren van buitengevels van gebouwen. Opdrachten variëren van woonhuizen tot gebouwen(complexen). Opdrachten worden projectmatig uitgevoerd. De organisatie bestaat sinds 1990 en heeft in Zuid-Nederland een imago van hoge kwaliteit en betrouwbaarheid opgebouwd. M. van der Looy Afbouw BV werkt zowel met eigen werknemers als met zelfstandige onderaannemers ter versterking van het eigen personeelsbestand. In een vorig project is een van de medewerkers begeleid bij het verminderen van de werkstress. De evaluatie met zowel het management en de desbetreffende medewerker, als met collega medewerkers hebben het management van Van de Looy doen inzien dat voor een aantal van de medewerkers het ook goed zou zijn zo’n traject te doorlopen. Om bij al deze medewerkers de duurzame inzetbaarheid te verbeteren door de werkdruk en daaruit opvolgende werkstress te verlagen wilt Van der Looy een vervolgadvies voor het bevorderen van gezond en veilig werken binnen de organisatie, met vervolgens begeleiding bij de implementatie van dit advies. Daarnaast creëert de groei die het bedrijf Van der Looy heeft gemaakt de afgelopen jaren de vraag binnen het bedrijf naar de ontwikkeling van een aantal taken en verantwoordelijkheden. Ook zijn er een aantal medewerkers die de afgelopen jaren zich hebben ontwikkeld en die Van der Looy de kans wil bieden om gehoor te geven aan hun individuele ambities en ontwikkelmogelijkheden.
