    Seiger Wonen wil middels dit project een lerende organisatie creëren waarbij medewerkers staat zijn om zichzelf elkaar en de organisatie te verbeteren en waardoor continue verbetering van de dienstverlening onderdeel van het dagelijks handelen wordt. De actieve deelname van een ieder staat centraal om de autonomie, zingeving en verantwoordelijkheid te verbeteren, betrokkenheid bij de organisatie te stimuleren en mensen voor langere tijd te binden en boeien. Door de intrinsieke motivatie aan te wakkeren zijn medewerkers in staat om mee te bewegen met de organisatie. Met als resultaat een eigen toekomstperspectief te duiden dat aansluit bij hun talenten en de ambities van de organisatie, zodat passie en plezier in het werk gewaarborgd blijven. La participación activa de todos es fundamental para mejorar la autonomía, el sentido y la responsabilidad, alentando la participación en la organización y la participación y participación de las personas durante un período de tiempo más largo.     Attraverso questo progetto, Seiger Wonen vuole creare un'organizzazione di apprendimento in cui i dipendenti siano in grado di migliorare se stessi e l'organizzazione e così il miglioramento continuo del servizio diventa parte dell'azione quotidiana. La partecipazione attiva di tutti è fondamentale per migliorare l'autonomia, il senso e la responsabilità, incoraggiando il coinvolgimento nell'organizzazione e coinvolgendo e coinvolgendo le persone per un periodo di tempo più lungo. Stimolando la motivazione intrinseca, i dipendenti sono in grado di muoversi insieme con l'organizzazione.
