Marosel is een opleidingsintermediair die haar klanten volledig ontzorgt op het gebied van opleidingsmanagement, van het begin tot eind. Inclusief de specifieke voortgangsrapportages zoals de klant die voor ogen heeft. In de afgelopen jaren is Marosel hard gegroeid. Waren zij bij de start in 2005/2006 met drie personen werkzaam, inmiddels werken er tien mensen bij Marosel. En die groei is zichtbaar, Marosel won in 2016 en 2017 een FD Gazellen Award. De groei van Marosel wordt mede mogelijk gemaakt door haar medewerkers. Omdat Marosel in de toekomst een verdere groei verwacht, wil zij ook actief investeren in de ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden van haar medewerkers. Daarom wil Marosel nu een volgende stap zetten en de organisatie verder doorontwikkelen op het gebied van duurzame inzetbaarheid van haar medewerkers door, met input van de medewerkers, functieprofielen op te stellen, (interne) mobiliteit te stimuleren en faciliteren en de leercultuur te vergroten door een opleidingsplan te ontwikkelen. Marosel es un Intermediario de Formación que alivia completamente a sus clientes en el campo de la gestión de la formación, desde el principio hasta el final. Incluidos los informes de situación específicos previstos por el cliente. En los últimos años, Marosel ha crecido bruscamente. Eran empleados por tres personas al principio en 2005/2006, y ahora diez personas están empleadas por Marosel. Y ese crecimiento es visible, Marosel ganó un premio FD Gazelle en 2016 y 2017. El crecimiento de Marosel es posible gracias a sus empleados. Como Marosel espera un mayor crecimiento en el futuro, también quiere invertir activamente en las oportunidades de desarrollo de sus empleados. Marosel è un Training Intermediary che solleva completamente i propri clienti nel campo della gestione della formazione, dall'inizio alla fine. Compresi i rapporti specifici sullo stato di avanzamento come previsto dal cliente. Negli ultimi anni, Marosel è cresciuta bruscamente. All'inizio del 2005/2006 erano occupati da tre persone, e ora dieci persone sono impiegate da Marosel. E questa crescita è visibile, Marosel ha vinto un FD Gazelle Award nel 2016 e 2017. La crescita di Marosel è resa possibile dai suoi dipendenti. Mentre Marosel si aspetta un'ulteriore crescita in futuro, vuole anche investire attivamente nelle opportunità di sviluppo dei suoi dipendenti.
